Great condo and great location

This was a great condo that is close to the beach with many food options. Only had to get in the car twice during our trip. Unit was clean with a great view.

Loved the view from Condo. The bed mattress was a little hard for our liking. We really enjoyed the stay. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals and save from eating out every night. We will be back.

Spring Break

Stayed there for spring break with my teen son and daughter. Perfect location and unit. Nice views of the ocean and strip from the balcony. Proximity to restaurants and private access to the beach made everything easy. Great combination of family time, plus kids spending time with their friends that were also there on spring break.

Stay at Santa roses

Enjoyed our stay very much. Having coffee in the morning looking at the gulf was very relaxing.the condos was just perfect for the two of us and shopping, eating was just around the corner. We plan to visit again this fall. Chuck

Great location

Love this location. Every restaurant was fabulous and close. Condo was cute. Beach access good. Need to fix elevator. Hot water heater is micro. Thank you we had a lovely time.

Beautiful view!

Although the weather was cool for 1/2 our stay the beach days were great! Other days, great shopping nearby. Very close to the beach and several great restaurants! The ocean view was spectacular! Nice condo! (I’d do white curtains though - much brighter!)

Beautiful Gulf View

This wonderful condo was spotless and had a terrific view of the Gulf. It would be easy to hang out on the balcony all day. We were in walking distance of several restaurants and shops, but best of all, we were just across the road from the beach. The management was very responsive and keeps this condo in great shape.

Your place was beautiful, especially the view!!!! It had lots of pans, dishes,towels, etc. We had the best unit in the entire building!!!!

4th floor corner - great location. Wish we could have enjoyed the deck more.Deck needs some serious attention. Furniture is dangerous. Very rusty and dirty and beach supplies are very dirty and old. Floor doesn't look like it's ever cleaned.Nice condo decor but could use some updates especially the window treatments. They are very dusty and look dirty. We have been coming to Gulf Place for 8 years......we miss the old Santa Rosa. Soon you will not be able to see the ocean from the condo decks because of the tall homes. not the same without Sunrise Coffee ....... the new elevator is great!!

2024 Memorial Day Getaway

Great trip. This condo at Gulf Place is probably one of the best to stay in. Balcony view of ocean is awesome. Next best thing to being on the beach. Condo was very clean, lots of towels, the host was very responsive. King mattress is very firm. If you prefer a soft mattress you may want to bring a foam mattress topper. Everything else was perfect!

October vacation

We had a fabulous time. Perfect location and weather. Cabana was perfect size for my husband and I. The only drawback was that the internet was going off and on on the 4th day there. We were in the middle of streaming a movie, and had to turn it off. Otherwise, a perfect stay. Will be back.

Been going to this condo last couple of years Always pleased The condo doesn't have the round table on the patio anymore which was a disappointment because we loved having our breakfast on the balcony past years and if there are more then 2 in your group not enough seating to eat But besides that we had a great time Will return
