Evenings invite shared meals, easy conversation, and space to unwind after time along Scenic 30A.



The setting

Set on a private, landscaped lot just off Scenic 30A, this entire home offers a balance of convenience and retreat. You’re within walking distance of beach access and close to dining, shops, and bike paths, while the home’s layout and outdoor spaces provide a sense of privacy for group stays.



Living spaces

The interior is arranged across two levels with multiple living areas that make it easy to gather or spread out. Whether you’re watching TV, spending time in the game room, or lingering at the wraparound bar accessed by a spiral staircase, the home supports both connection and downtime. High-speed Wifi, pocket wifi, and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected during your stay.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 18 guests across six bedrooms and five full bathrooms. Sleeping spaces include king suites with ensuite baths, a king suite with a queen bunk, and a queen bunk bedroom. Bedrooms are thoughtfully placed across both floors, offering flexibility for families, couples, and mixed groups. Bathroom essentials and in-home laundry help keep longer stays comfortable.



Kitchen & dining

A well-equipped kitchen supports everything from simple breakfasts to shared dinners. An island and dining table encourage gathering, while the layout makes it easy to move between indoor and outdoor spaces when enjoying meals together. A grill is available for relaxed cookouts.



Outdoor living & pool

Outdoor areas are designed for spending time together throughout the day, with wraparound decks, patios, balconies, and a backyard. The pool is ideal for cooling off or enjoying time at home between beach outings. Pool heat is seasonal and available by request from October through May for a nightly fee. Beach essentials are provided for your days on the sand.



Family- & pet-friendly comforts

Group-friendly features include a pack ’n play, children’s dinnerware, and room-darkening shades. The home is pet-friendly, allowing your four-legged companion to join the trip. Self check-in with a smart lock and free parking on premises add ease to arrival and departure.

Located in Santa Rosa Beach in South Walton County, you’re well-positioned to explore the communities along 30A, with access to local restaurants, galleries, and outdoor activities. A golf cart is available upon request for getting around the neighborhood.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

- A golf cart (Low Speed Vehicle) is available at the property for guest use by the homeowner. You agree to complete a waiver document regarding the use and liability of the included golf cart which will be issued to you by email/text to be completed by esignature prior to the release of the cart access activation code.
