Gulfstrand Down -

Located in the heart of Grayton Beach, Gulfstrand Down is a charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath duplex that sleeps 9 guests, with 2 queens, 1 full, 1 twin, and a queen sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress. These duplexes have become a favorite family destination in recent years. Beachy decor with comfortable furnishings lets you relax and enjoy the freedom of being at the beach. New interior paint throughout, complete kitchen remodel with new cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, completely remodeled bathrooms, new bedroom flooring, new living room furniture, new bedding, new flat screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom. The community pool is 30' x 24. Easy beach access using the Grayton boardwalk just steps away. Parking for 1 vehicle, with extra parking on the east side of the community pool.

Perfect location for beach at Grayton. Pool is steps away. The unit has a great floor plan and easy first floor access. My personal preference would be to eliminate the big dresser and chests and put king beds in 2 bedrooms. That would make it the perfect place!

Close walk to beach

Not impressed with interior! The sofa and loveseat were very uncomfortable. The bedrooms especially master were very small. The top drawer of chest was broken so not useable. No garbage disposal was very inconvenient. The furniture on the porch was very bad. I would not return to this property

Too short

Loved it! I do have a little bother though. I was asked to make sure trash was put out on Monday Morning. I had just checked in, so I had not accumulated any trash yet. When I looked at the two cans that were in the box , they were completly full, and there was trash bags,and discusting trash on top of them. I didnt really want to touch any of that. I dont mind helping out, but Im on vacation, and the last thing I want to do is take out someone elses trash. I dont know if the cleaning people put the trash out there, or who did, but I think thats something that needs to be addressed for future stays. I did pull the cans out of the box,(was not easy)and it did get picked up, but.... thats not nice. Other than that.... Our stay was wonderful, and I hope to come back soon! Thank you : )

Just perfect

Everything was as pictured/described- an easy walk to the beach, pool was just across the gravel road. We didn’t get in our car the whole time we were there- walked to dinner or took the trolley. Just the getaway we were hoping for :)
