Hermosa Manor is an expansive three-story eight-bedroom, eight-bathroom property capable of accommodating up to 28 guests. Nestled in Seagrove on 30A within the gated community of Secluded Dunes, it's a haven for large groups. The house features multiple living areas, bunk rooms, and balconies, with a private pool available with optional heating, and a boardwalk directly to the beach. Whether planning a memorable gathering or a multi-family vacation, Hermosa Manor is the ultimate destination!

On the lower level, guests can unwind in a spacious den with a bathroom and access to a deck leading to a private pool and spa. This backyard oasis offers ample seating and a grill for poolside cookouts. Two bedrooms are available on this level: a bunk room with four sets of twin/twin bunks and a double queen bedroom, both with their own bathrooms, making it perfect for kids or singles in the group.

The main floor, on the second level, boasts a luxurious kitchen with high-end appliances, a six-burner gas stove with a griddle, and an oversized island that can seat eight. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the kitchen to the living room and a dining area that can accommodate 12 guests around a large dining table. The living room exudes a beach elegance with a neutral color palette and abundant natural light from the large windows. For extra seating, there's an attached balcony for Al Fresco dining and outdoor living. The king primary suite, with a private bathroom featuring a soaking tub, walk-in shower, water closet, and dual vanities, is the sole bedroom on this level.
