Venite a soggiornare nel nostro studio di Beachy 111 Hidden Beach Villas. L'unità ha un letto Murphy e un divano letto; entrambi sono letti queen size. L'unità è direttamente di fronte alla piscina, quindi ci si può sedere sul patio e guardare i bambini giocano in piscina mentre vi rilassate da una splendida giornata sulla spiaggia. La cucina è ben attrezzata con tutti gli elementi essenziali per cucinare un pasto cucinato in casa, mentre lontano da casa. La sua una unità perfetta per tutta la famiglia tra cui il cane di famiglia.
La spiaggia è solo una passeggiata di 150 yard. Questa unità Beachy è dotato di sedie a sdraio, giocattoli da spiaggia e un boogie board per l'uso. Il mare è a meno di 1 miglio di distanza.

Wonderful stay

This property is exactly as described. The welcome starter kit was a surprise and we found the Villa was close to everything we wanted to do. The beach acess is across the street, the pool is very refreshing in the eveing and the laundry room was clean and convenient. We will be returning to this Villa in the very near future.

Four day spring break get-away

Enjoyed great location near beach and friends. Place was as advertised - a cozy and comfortable efficiency. Work being done on the property was loud at times and covered the nice view to the pool. Bathroom and bedding were not completely clean and Wi-fi did not work upon arrival. Management company communicated well and worked to fix problems.

The Absolute Best!

This was a quick decision to make this trip and I am so glad we did. From initial booking to the day we left, everything was well communicated. Loved the welcome goodie bag we got. The condo was very clean and had provided everything we needed. Quick walk to the beach, which was stunning. Overall, our family had the best time and we plan on booking here again.

Excellent Location

We loved this unit! It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach with access directly across the street. We loved having a pool just steps away from the back porch. The unit came with a beach wagon and chairs, which was so nice. We were able to request bikes and they were dropped off and picked up simply through your phone. I loved the location because we could bike to multiple restaurants, gas station, snowcones, etc. Loved bringing our pup too! We would have liked to know that dogs are not allowed in the grassy court yard area. There was a sign, but you could not see it from the rental. A lady came and informed us that dogs weren’t allowed. We could easily let him out in a grassy area in the front of the unit though.

Adequate for Price

This is an affordable option close Seaside. We booked last minute as chaperones to our daughter's soccer team spring break. The bed is a Murphy bed (folds down from the wall) and that was not clearly stated in the listing. The mattress was okay, not great. They did accept our pet, and the unit was clean, and everything worked except the TV. There was a cable box in the room, but it did not have active service. With wifi is DSL, and very slow. We also had intermitent outages. They sent someone over with a hotspot, but didn't leave it in the room. Again, for the price, the place was clean and safe.

Good and functional unit that had what I needed. There were renovations on-going that were not completed, but aside from a laugh on my part to a sink on the living room floor, I wasn't bothered by it.

Nice condo but condo could use some updating.

Overall good stay. Everything is older in the kitchen and old wood panel doors but everything is functional. Need a pizza cutter tho.

Nice getaway for a reasonable price

Great location! The studio condo is small, but that was to be expected, the space is mainly a place to rest your head after a day on the beach and it does the job. We liked the back patio that faces the pool, we had coffee here in the morning. Also not having to go upstairs was a bonus for us because our dog is now in his senior years.

Noisy - Construction

I guess I didn’t read closely enough to under that this was a studio with a Murphy bed. The place was very clean. However, there was construction going on in the upstairs unit which precluded any daytime rest or naps.

Great location - with potential for better

The location couldn't be better! Directly across from the beach with just a short walk down the public beach access. This studio has so much potential to be great with a change in the cleaning company and a few updates from the owner. The kids and I weren't expecting much based on the previous reviews, a place to lay our heads after the beach. I did expect for the property to be clean. When we arrived it smelled like a wet dog, dog fur on the ground, hair, crumbs and cheese on the pull out sofa, no comforters or blankets, bathroom floor was dirty, leak from behind the toilet tank, dripping shower faucet, clean dishes left in dishwasher had not been put away. It did have extra beach chairs and umbrella and a pool for getting away from the beach. Overall we had a great time! I did discuss these things with the Crystal )the rental company) who reached out to the property owner. Crystal was great - prompt in response and had good customer service. She is a rare gem these days. Bottom line - if you are just looking for location this is a good place.

What You See is What You Get

Location was GREAT! Close enough to Seaside but not in all the traffic all the time. But, I saw several negative reviews for this place. Please research what you’re booking. It’s explained here online. It’s just one big room with a Murphy bed, no separate bedroom. It wasn’t the most up to date condo, but it worked for what we needed. The towels were clean, the sheets were clean, everything was just a little outdated. But, that’s what you’re paying for. We’d stay again because it was worth the price, definitely not somewhere you’d stay if you’re looking for a 5 star experience. It worked for us, the location was awesome, plus you’re on vacation at the beach so why would you spend all your time in the condo anyway! It’s just there for you to sleep! Our only complaint would be you can hear the people in the condo above you, so it depends on if that bothers you or not. Just hope you get people with quiet feet and the same schedule as you up there! Check in and out was easy. It was nice there was a pool to take a dip after the beach. Overall would recommend.
