A un isolato dalla spiaggia di Seagrove Beach, questa casa di 2500 metri quadrati dispone di 4 camere da letto su 3 livelli per la privacy, 3 bagni, 2 set di lavatrici e asciugatrici. Piscina privata e spa, recintata, privata, esclusiva e nuovissima nel marzo del 2019. Questa casa è nuova da zero con ampie decking Trex che si affaccia sulla piscina e ampio cortile. La casa ha giochi di cornhole allestiti nel cortile, e c'è persino un obiettivo da basket nel cul de sac per i bambini. Al primo piano c'è una suite matrimoniale che è in stile appartamento, con un proprio angolo cottura, bagno privato e zona salotto con divano letto. Il livello principale offre una generosa camera da letto principale king, un ampio soggiorno con divano letto e una cucina gourmet personalizzata con porte scorrevoli sul ponte. Il terzo livello presenta un'altra camera da letto matrimoniale e una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e un bagno condiviso La casa si trova nella spiaggia centrale di Seagrove a pochi isolati dal mare e proprio dall'altra parte della strada rispetto all'accesso alla spiaggia. Questa casa è completamente nuova nel marzo del 2019. Tutti i nuovi rivestimenti Hardie, cucina, bagni, letti, biancheria da letto, mobili, TV, vernici e pavimenti. The gates on the upper deck need to be adjusted, both were a little hard to open and close, also underneath coffee table was a big dustball, need to move and clean under it! A garbage disposal in the kitchen sink would be great! But other than that we loved being walking distance to the beach, home is in a really great location. We appreciated the beach wagon and the laundry room was a plus!!! We would stay again, we had a great week!!

The stay was good. The outside of the house needs some paint especially in the back of the house. The grill was clean and easy to use. The renovated floors were very nice. The laundry room was filthy and the bottom “suite” needs some attention. The shower/bath fixtures need to be replaced in the “suite”. Good location.

Couldn’t have asked for more! The communication by the rental management company was on point! Even weeks before our stay they responded in a timely manner. The house was in a perfect location and the pool set up serene! Loved every day we were there and we did not want to leave!

We had an absolute blast staying at this beach house in Santa Rosa Beach. It was the perfect size for our family and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it so easy to cook meals at home, and there were plenty of linens and extra towels too.We especially loved the outdoor spaces. After a long day at the beach, it was so nice to come back and relax outside on the deck or private yard. We loved having our own pool too! My nieces had a blast each morning in the pool before we loaded up to head down to the beach. There was also plenty of parking, which made things really convenient for everyone. The walk to the beach was under 10 minutes which was super nice! Tons of great restaurants nearby that were so quick to get to. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend this place!

Seaside stay

I don’t recall the listing noting that to heat the pool/hot tub cost 70/night plus tax. So we weren’t able to use the pool or hot tub. Water filter in refrigerate was expired. Rest of the stay was nice.

Seagrove House

We are a group with 4 couples and 2 toddlers. There are 4 bedrooms with 3 kings and one queen. The house is secluded on a dead end street with no through traffic. The private pool was so nice with the little ones. We needed maintenance for the pool and someone came right away. It is only .4 miles from the beach but I would still recommend a cart to get chairs, tents etc to the beach. There is not parking at the closest beach but there is a drop off area that you can enter with a cart. Be sure to bring paper products, dish and laundry pods. Also, I like lots of pillows so bring extras. There is lots of casual seating outdoors and it feels secluded. We really enjoyed our stay.

43 Joanna House is ok

We had a great time and house layout was perfect for our family! However, there is a leak in the upstairs bathroom that has been there for a long time. We had water issues from the leak in the kitchen. We chose to shut the upstairs bathroom down and there was still a slow brown water in the kitchen. Significant ant problem in the pool area. Upstairs queen bed needs more slats for better mattress support. Hot Tub is not hot! It was luke warm and definately not worth the added expense. We canceled that after 1.5 days. Great House just needs some TLC. The bathroom leak needs attention ASAP!

Nice house, dirty house

The house itself is a very nice house. But it was dirty. Inside and out with dirt and mold. Thick mold around the base of the master shower, commode lids, shower door. Dirt and dust under all furniture, obviously not vacuumed or cleaned. Mold Down outside steps from deck to pool. Chairs under deck by pool rusted and broken, hazardous. We did not notify earlier in the week because the house needs a total deep clean. The mold did not just appear everywhere since the last cleaning. Sliding door tracks and entry doors dirty. Laundry room totally dirty. Pillows do not have pillow covers under pillow cases, drool stains all over. Trundle in lower level bedroom broken. We enjoyed our stay because at the beach and the location. This is a nice house. It’s just a very very dirty house.

Great spring break!

We had a wonderful trip! Property was perfect for 6 adults and 6 kids. Clean, comfy, and great beach access. Property managers were extremely responsive to all questions. Highly recommend!

Beautiful possibilities

The property needs to be upgraded inside. We arrived to both upstairs and down stairs with empty food containers and dirt on floors and under beads ( our dog immediately ran under bed and crunched on cheetos in bag left behind) day before last was spent with no light or fan working in downstairs bath and no internet service. Grill had to be cleaned and had only one or two accessories. Ant beds in downstairs patio made it tough to enjoy because there isn't appropriate lighting to see what you're stepping on.

Wonderful stay

Don’t Stay Here

I really don’t know where to start with the review, as there we so many issues I don’t know where to begin. I stay at rental properties 6-8 times per year and this was the worst experience in years. To start, the kitchen isn’t well furnished. Pots and pans are extremely worn and there is just random items in drawers and the cookware and kitchen items are extremely low quality. Next, the house was extremely dirty. The table and counter had dirt and crumbs, underneath furniture was nasty, windows were dirty, there was a bag of tortilla chips that had been left on top of the fridge which had an inch of dust on it, baseboards were nasty, etc. The house also doesn’t have a keypad, so you have to keep up with a key. The pool didn’t have lighting in the pool and the pool was dirty upon arrival (in their defense, they said there had been a storm), plus the pool furniture is cheap plastic. I could go on. As icing on the cake, our daughter left a stuffed bunny in the bed and we realized it once we were on the road. I emailed with no response and my wife left them a voicemail with no response. Upon the second email, they responded “unfortunately no one found it!” Obviously, they they found it and just didn’t want to deal with returning the stuffed animal. Stay elsewhere!

Non working bathroom leaking into kitchen which was an "ongoing known problem " but wasn't disclosed. Repairman installing lights during our stay. Manager basically said use the other bathrooms....

Great stay!

We had a great stay at the property! Good location and nice house with plenty of room. The pool we amazing! We did wish there were lights that came on at night in the pool, but we bought a hanging light to help with the problem. Overall great place and would stay here again!
