This lovely home is located in the gated community of Sea Nest Village, in the quaint 30A community of Seagrove, centrally located between Rosemary and Seaside. Katydid Beach Bungalow is perfect for multigenerational families with two Queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the first floor, a luxury King bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the 2nd floor and a stunning Primary suite on the third floor with a balcony for you to watch the sun kiss the sea. ABOUT AREA: Seagrove Beach is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Seaside Beach and Seacrest Beach. Seagrove is perfect for nature lovers seeking an unspoiled retreat and uncrowded environment. BEACH ACCESS: The nearest beach access is just .3 miles away called One Seagrove which is west on Scenic 30A across from Robert Ellis Street across from Cassine Gardens subdivision. It has a shower and no parking. Santa Clara Regional beach access is less than a mile West. This access is ADA accessible, and has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- There are 3 parking spots available with this home which is strictly enforced.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

The property and area is nice. We had a few issues during our stay, hot water wasn’t working the first night and we had cockroaches. The team was quick to respond and treat these issues but unfortunate that we had to address the issues on our stay, seemed like the property was not being rented out recently. Also beach access was quite a walk and it was not private, so if you have kids it’s a haul.

Absolutely stunning!!

This home is perfect! My favorite!! The floorplan of the home is open and very spacious! Plenty of room for multiple families. The first floor has 2 Queen suites and has a double garage as well. The second floor has a master King suite as well as the living room and kitchen. The bedroom has 2 nice size closets. The second floor also has a balcony with gas grill. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials in a kitchen you will need. Love the island where the sink is located. The decor is beautiful! Love the colors- white/ blues. The beds are so comfortable. Your laundry room is located on the second floor as well! Love the shelving over the washer/dryer. Also a 1/2 bath next to Laundry room. The third floor has another master suite with a King Size Bed. The Bathroom has a double shower as well as a bathtub. Separate sinks in this bathroom. Large Master closet with shelving. The view overlooks 30A with a glimpse of the ocean. Small balcony off this master suite as well. We did not get to take advantage of the pool, but very nice and located directly across from this home. Convenient key lock system for the home. Gated community with key lock systems. 4 bikes provided as well. Definitely will vacation at this home again!! Affordable price for all the amenities. Hollie with Beach 30A Management was awesome to work along. A Must See and Stay!!
