Bella 30A Beach House minuti da Ocean - Golf Cart Included

Casa per famiglie in ottima posizione a Santa Rosa Beach con facile accesso alla spiaggia pubblica - rilassarsi e godersi le spiagge di sabbia bianca del 30A. Aprire ampio soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina con un sacco di spazio per riunioni di famiglia. 3/4 camere da letto, 3 bagni con cortile e balconi fuori dal soggiorno al secondo piano e camera da letto principale. La nostra casa sulla spiaggia è stata recentemente arredata con mobili da giardino, nuove TV e decorazioni in tutto. L'accesso alla spiaggia pubblica è Gulfview Heights situato direttamente di fronte all'ingresso del nostro quartiere. Siamo situati a pochi passi da numerosi ristoranti e negozi tra cui Local Catch, Gulf Place, Goatfeathers, Highland House, ecc. Questa è la posizione perfetta per le vacanze in famiglia! La spiaggia è a meno di due minuti. via con l'uso del carrello da golf che viene fornito con la casa (18 o più vecchi e driver Lic. req.). Noleggio biciclette e gelateria direttamente dall'altra parte della strada. Amiamo questa zona!

Great spot!

Incredible Beach House

We had the BEST time and enjoyed every second of our stay here! The house was perfect for our two families, the layout was awesome, the house was clean and spacious. It was great to have the golf cart, umbrella and beach chairs. The location was perfect. Rich was incredible to work with and his communication throughout the entire process was wonderful. We will DEFINITELY be back.

Love this area!! Had a great family vacation.

We had an amazing visit to this area of 30A. Our family has been coming to this area for many years and watched it grow. After staying the past 5 years at the opposite end of 30A in Rosemary and Seacrest Beaches, it was refreshing not to be faced with crowds and a sea of people at the beach, restaurants and shops. The amenities of the house were perfect for our family of 5, including 2 teenagers. We had everything we needed and felt completely at home here. We enjoyed using the golf cart to go to and from the beach everyday and we were thankful to have use of the houses beach towels, chairs and umbrella. It made packing so much easier. While we were here, we rented a kayak from Buddies Ice Cream and our kids experienced a once in a lifetime dolphin adventure while paddling around the second sandbar. We also enjoyed easy access to Draper Lake to explore the dune lake (one of our favorite things about 30A), trail access to hike through Point Washington Forest, art classes and shopping at the Artists @ Gulf Place, live music nightly at the Growler Garage, and some awesome meals at Shunk Gulley, The Perfect Pig and The Local Catch --- all within walking distance of the house. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a family friendly beach area along 30A.

Great house, owners very helpful!

Location was wonderful! Loved the fact that the golf cart was included. Made things much easier. Neighborhood was very quiet and beach access was perfect. Shops and restaurants close enough but not too close. Have been to the area several times over the years and would definitely stay in this house again!!

This house was GREAT!

I can't say enough about our vacation this past week! This house is gorgeous and super spacious, having everything we needed and then some! The location is absolutely perfect. We walked or rode bikes every day (sometimes twice a day!) to Gulf Place so we could grab coffee & pastries at Sunrise Coffee. I HIGHLY recommend this place. The staff was super friendly and the coffee was amazing! We rode bikes (rented directly across the street) to Seaside (about 30/40 minutes) and enjoyed the food trucks and shopping. The beach is just a short walk, or quick golf cart ride, away. We made dinner one night since the kitchen had everything that we would need and we enjoyed sitting on the rockers at night reading books. This place was perfect! The owners were responsive and helpful, which was greatly appreciated since this was our first experience using VRBO for our vacation! Not only will we be returning to Santa Rosa Beach, but we hope to rent this home again when we return!

The house was fantastic. Located very close to the beach.

We enjoyed the entire experience. The home is very nice, having been remodeled recently. It was about the same price as two hotel rooms but offers so much more. In the end, we saved money with the full kitchen. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom which is also great. Also, the home owners were very gracious, and eager to make this a great vacation. I would recommend this house for you next vacation.

Perfect Beach House!

We loved this home. The location was great, and the golf cart made getting to the beach a breeze. We were happy that goatfeathers was so close by too. The house was very well equipped. From the full spice rack in the kitchen to the beach towels and chairs, nothing was lacking. Our family hopes to return soon!

It's literally around the corner from Santa Rosa beach! You can walk or take the golf cart!! The house is lovely! Has all the amenities you could want! Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen- Air conditioning throughout, outdoor chairs on the patio with grill, game room with X- box for kids to enjoy and a deck on both levels of the home- I would highly recommend staying here!!! - Christine Bregoli/ Boston, MA
