Tutti adorano Lucy's Cottage! Bella casa nuova con 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni, ideale per vacanze in famiglia a Seagrove Beach. Questa comunità privata chiusa si trova a 30A e Robert-Ellis Drive. A soli 400 metri dalla porta di ingresso alla spiaggia con una grande piscina comunitaria, proprio nella comunità.

Inserisci l'ampio spazio di vita con soffitti alti e grande 60 "TV. Una cucina gourmet con ripiani in granito, cucina completamente attrezzata e frigorifero con 2 fabbricanti di ghiaccio. Camera da letto di facile accesso al piano principale con bagno completo.
La camera da letto principale si trova all'ultimo piano con balcone privato e bagno padronale con doccia a pioggia. Rannicchiarsi nel letto matrimoniale e guardare un film o leggere un libro sul vostro balcone privato e ascoltare la spiaggia. La terza camera da letto matrimoniale si trova accanto alla camera a castello per i bambini. La stanza a castello ha un letto completo sul fondo e una doppia sopra.
Fai un salto nel patio sul retro e fai un barbecue o rilassati su uno dei due portici. Un sacco di spazio per uscire tutti insieme nel soggiorno, o in piccoli gruppi sui diversi portici e patio.
Il più grande sorteggio di Lucy's Cottage è la posizione eccellente. Prendi una fetta di pizza lungo la strada fino alla spiaggia. O camminare fino al foro della ciambella al mattino per un caffè ghiacciato e ciambelle ricoperte di pancetta- YUM. Il mercato del pesce è un rapido 5 minuti a piedi dove è possibile pesce fresco, compreso fresco per ordinare gamberetti al vapore! Le biciclette possono essere noleggiate all'angolo e ora puoi scendere a Seaside, Grayton o The HUB. Lucy's Cottage è proprio nel mezzo di tutto ciò che è 30A!

I really enjoyed my stay at Lucy’s Cottage. It was within about a 5 minute walk to the beach and spacious enough for my 8 family members including myself. I also really appreciated it being pet friendly so we could bring our frenchie! I would definitely recommend this cottage to a family with a tiny dog or even a group of friends!

Jason was so nice with all of the questions that I had before arriving. The location was great to restaurants and beach. It was spring break for us so the beach was not crowded yet. However, the house and neighborhood were still secluded enough to not feel too overcrowded.

House was as listed. Well equipped!Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. House had beach towels and chairs so was very nice. Great location and access to the beach. Master bedroom balcony was well used for reading and yoga in the sunshine!The house needs some general maintenance, adjust soft close drawers, old skillets, master bathroom door handle not working and not smooth closure. Ice maker was missing. The rug and couch had stains, need replacement or cleaning. Overall good place and location. Would visit again!

This house is in an awesome location. It worked out well for my family who was staying for Thanksgiving especially because there was a bedroom and bath on the main floor so my 75 year old mom did not have to climb stairs. The size was great for our entire family. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well appointed. My only suggestion is the upgrade the cookware and pans in the kitchen. We were doing some cooking for Thanksgiving and many of the pots, pans, and skillets were very worn, some not really usable. This is an easy fix though. Otherwise, we loved our stay and would stay here again.

we where supposed to be able to check in at 4:00 pm. we arived at 5;20 pm and the cleaning people wher still there cleaning.we waited outside for about 30 minutes for them to finish. when we went in the floors wre still dirty and there was no fitting sheet on the king bed. there was also only three was cloths in the whole house. we had to go to walmart and buy some wash cloths. we did find a fitted sheet in the closet that they left unlocked.other than that everything was good we enjoyed our stay there. i think most of the problem is with the cleaning crew.

Great location, close enough to the beach you can definitely walk but we rented a golf cart which made it easier. Just note there is no parking at the beach. House was great for small family. My 8mo old slept great in the crib and it was nice that there was a highchair there for him to use as well. Restaurants / coffee shops all very close - a 10 min or less golf cart ride. The neighborhood was quiet. House was easy to check in and out of. Host was easy to reach. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint is we felt like the home could have been cleaner. Some areas had tons of dust and the floors seemed like they were not properly cleaned. Overall a great stay.

We had a great stay at Lucy’s Cottage! There were 7 adults and it was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. It was a great location to the beach and a very short walk to the pool. The pizza place at the end of the street is great! We will definitely be back!

This property was very nice and located close/walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. House was spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 teenagers to not get into each other's hair. Furnishings were very updated and modern. Only criticisms would be this being a new construction neighborhood, there was quite of bit of construction activity during our week which was likely due to the great weather we had. I would also ensure the cleaning crew mops the downstairs more frequently.

Lucy's Cottage was very accommodating for our group and having the bikes made it super easy for the kids to get around 30A for ice cream and shopping! Other than the community pool being a little small, the trip and the house were great!

Very good location. Nice home that sleeps 8 if in 2 bedrooms you share double beds. I think it would be helpful if the site mentioned things you would need to bring that are not found in the home. We have stayed at VRBO with shampoo, Kleenex, and beach towels. The home did have sand toys, games, appliances and other amenities.

We loved our stay at Lucy’s Cottage. The proximity to the beach, seafood market, Donut Hut, pizza, and ice cream made the stay wonderful. The only small complaint we had were the floors being a little dirty. Overall Lucy’s Cottage was perfect for our family.

The property was very much as described. The only complaint which we knew going in there wasn’t enough towels. Highly advise bringing towels if more than one family! The property manager was very responsive and overall we enjoyed our stay!

This home is a quick walk to the beach, in a quiet culdesac and close to fantastic donuts/coffee, fresh fish market, bike rental and carryout food for the few meals we didn't cook. First floor layout in particular is really comfortable.

The home was very clean and location to the beach was very nice, quiet community and enough ammenities with in walking distance to keep everyone happy. I would suggest adding TVs to all the bedrooms so everyone has there own space to go chill if needed, overall great experience
