The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features upgraded stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and spacious countertops perfect for family meals. Step outside to the screened-in patio to enjoy the gas grill and lounging area, or retreat to one of the multiple primary suites, each offering luxurious bathrooms with soaking tubs and walk-in showers.

Parking: 2 Vehicles Max + Golf Cart. No street parking allowed- Strictly Enforced



Other Things to Note & House Rules:

Must be 25 or older to rent. Primary guest must stay at the property.

No smoking. No parties or events.

Dog Friendly: Up to 2 dogs. $175 fee per dog applies.

All dogs must be Service or Emotional Support Animals.

The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement and upload a photo ID.



What We Provide:

Initial starter supply of paper products, soap, and basic kitchen essentials.
