The Space:
Magnolia Vue at The Villas at Santa Rosa Beach - Unit A-201 is a stunning Gulf front condo in the Eastern building at The Villas of Santa Rosa Beach. This second floor corner unit overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with panoramic views from the expansive balcony, living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom.  Step into this luxury 1850 sq. ft. unit to find Spanish porcelain tile and exquisite attention to detail throughout. The recently renovated coastal chic design boasts a true chefs kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances.

There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms with one king-size bed, two queen-size beds and two sets of twin-bunks. The master bedroom has a beautiful large walk in shower and classy crystal quartz counter tops. The first queen bedroom has a private bathroom with shower. The second queen bedroom shares a large bathroom and shower with the double twin bunk bedroom.  All bedrooms include flat screen TV's.  Sleep to the sounds of the waves and wake to dolphins playing in the Gulf!

Magnolia Vue shares a large pool with a modest 24 condo residences in addition to a private beach walkover.  Enjoy direct Gulf views from the pool and pool deck!

Location, location, location!  Walk to Gulf Place from Magnolia Vue where you can start your day with a cup of joe or famous Charlie's donut from Sunrise Coffee and later treat yourself to Perfect Pig or Pizza by the Sea. Enjoy live music at Shunk Gulley in the evenings and sip on your favorite cocktail while watching the amazing Emerald Coast sunsets.  You will also find Growler Garage, serving up local craft beer, a nail salon, massage spa, YOLO board and bike rentals, along with local quaint artist booths.

Scenic 30A is also known as 'the beaches of South Walton' and voted best beaches in the world because of the sugar sand beaches and emerald waters.  While centrally located among the charming beach towns that coastal living magazine often profiles, known as the beaches of South Walton, the villas at Santa Rosa Beach are in a private, gated community.

Wonderful Visit

Our family of 9 had a wonderful time at this hidden gem. The beach in front of the unit is a private beach, so it wasn't very crowded at all. It's right across from Gulf Place and multiple eating establishments, so that was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Magnolia Vue 201A

Great condo and great location! Updated decor and loved the balcony. Kristin was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had very promptly. Loved having the option to just walk across the street to grab a coffee, a drink, ice cream, food or gifts. There is a very nice walking/biking path right by the condo too. Also it’s not too far from Seaside, Alys and Rosemary. Destin is not far either. The only critiques I can think of is the Wifi isn’t very strong at times and the public beach is right by the condo. There were signs designating public and private beach but it still can get very crowded at times. The chairs and umbrellas we reserved were placed a fairly long distance from the condo, but at least we weren’t close to the public beach. Overall it’s a great place to stay and would definitely stay there again in the future!

New location for the win

We haven’t been this far down west in 30A so didn’t know what to expect but it was wonderful! Everything we needed was right outside our door- donuts, coffee, food, shops, and most importantly a deeded beach! Will def stay there again as the property manager was excellent to work with! Loved it!

Beautiful condo and beautiful views

The condo was beautifully decorated and the views were gorgeous. So easy to get to the beach and close to lots of great restaurants. Kristen was very helpful and kept us well informed. We plan to return next year!
