Il bellissimo paesaggio di Beachwood Villas ha percorsi sul lungomare che conducono a tranquilli cortili e servizi offerti in questo ambiente tranquillo. C'è un accesso alla spiaggia pubblica situato dall'altra parte della strada per una piacevole passeggiata verso la bellissima sabbia bianca e le acque cristalline del Golfo del Messico.

Beachwood Villas dispone anche di 2 piscine (una riscaldata stagionalmente), campi da tennis, shuffleboard e un'area giochi esterna per i bambini con tanto spazio verde!

Not fancy but works

We stayed for 5 nights. The condo is not fancy but it worked. The ice maker does not work, the TV in the spare best does not work no mater what remote u you use . And believe me we tried the all. Couldn’t not even find a power button on the actual TV. The water pressure is not great and the beds are foam so I thought the are hard. It was nice that they provided towels and soap. It bring your own hand soap and there is none. The floor was dirty as you cannot see it but the bottom of our feet were so dirty . We made everything work for our stay.

Great location! Nice setting!

My biggest complaint was that the bathroom vanities/sinks were too low….a tall person’s problem! LOL! Great location, nice setting, kitchen was ideal, beds were comfortable, good layout, quiet. I’d stay here again. The couch has some stains on it but the place was clean.

Good place

We were greater by a dead roach, I would rather see a dead one than a live one, when we walked in. The main living space is a little cramped. The mattress in the master is super hard. If, you don't mind those things, then it's fine. The unit is on the back of the complex, so you don't get the sounds from the pool area, but you do get the sounds of anyone upstairs. The beach is an easy walk, but you will have to walk down the beach because most of the beach from the public access is private. The water was turned off without working for about 45 minutes and management quickly took care of it.Otherwise we had a nice time.

The small space was fine. But the beds are uncomfortable. It was not clean. Very dinghy and there is a moldy sour smell in the master bedroom. No new toilet paper. Just left over from previous renters. Will not rerent.

Family spring break

This property was as described and suited our family of four well. Great location, easy beach access and close to restaurants. Grounds/pools older but well kept. Condo a bit dated and worn (our visit was at the tail end of spring break), but baths appear updated. Overall a comfortable condo.

Condo has a musty smell. Sheets were stained and we had to change them. Condo was not clean and beds were uncomfortable.

We had a great stay, Al was well, no issues. Only thing is pictures online make everything look much bigger then it really is. Expected two full beds in one room and it was twins. Otherwise loved the location, and the kitchen was well stocked.

We stayed 3 nights for Labor Day. It was a great stay. Longer walk to the beach than expected.

Property was great. There were a few snakes around pool area. The DVD player did not work and internet was spotty. Overall it was great for a weekend.

Quiet, clean, family friendly property. Close to the beach and a bicycle ride from shopping.

Beachwood Villas was a very nice, quiet, family-friendly environment. The property and the unit were clean. Our unit was well stocked with kitchen supplies, a nice fridge, and a nice dishwasher. The rate per night was very fair for the area. We liked that we were close enough to all the shopping and night spots, but not right in the middle of it. It allowed us to have quiet evenings in the pool and to get a good night's rest without any disturbances. We chose to rent bicycles for the week and are very happy that we did. Everything is within a bicycle distance away. I would highly suggest not only going to Seaside, but try going the opposite way. There are some very nice shops and little eateries going away from Seaside. The shop owners were all very friendly and we didn't have any problems with any other guests. It was truly what a vacation should be. All rules and instructions were very clearly provided for us. Phone numbers, contacts, and emergency numbers were at our fingertips. We did have a small problem with our Wi-Fi and after leaving a message with maintenance, they fixed it right away. My only complaint is that some of the property was slightly dated. The outside of the buildings needed a good paint job and some repairs. But, for the price, I could easily look past that. Inside was well-maintained, except for a couple of missing hooks on the back of doors. Other than that, there were no problems. We will be back!

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nicely decorated and clean, it also had a well stocked kitchen. The property was family friendly with two pools. It's close to a souvenir shop and bike rentals. Only complaint is that the beds were not that comfortable with very firm mattresses. Overall, a good deal.
