→ Use of the Owners 6 seater golf cart Included. This requires an up-front REFUNDABLE deposit of $1500 to cover any incidental damages. If the golf cart becomes unusable during your stay there will NOT be a replacement offered. We will do our best to fix the issue in a timely fashion. You must be 25+ yrs old to drive the golf cart. Liability waiver must be signed in advance of use

→ Vacation Cancellation Protection → Allows cancellation for any reason up to 48 hours in advance of stay and guarantees 50% of all monies refunded ($125 fee applies at booking)

🔹 Based on the daily temperature and the HOA’s discretion, the lap pool is seasonally heated.
