Gulf Front in Seagrove e molto vicino al mare! Questo condominio al piano terra è stato completamente aggiornato con pavimenti in legno, nuovi elettrodomestici da cucina in acciaio, nuovi mobili e 3 nuovi televisori a schermo piatto! Esci dalla porta del tuo soggiorno fino al golfo! Nessun ascensore !! 6 posti letto. Una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno privato completo. Due letti a castello nel corridoio sono perfetti per i bambini e la cuccetta superiore ha anche una TV a schermo piatto a parete. Un divano letto matrimoniale con materasso in memory foam nel soggiorno. C'è un secondo bagno completo che lo rende un ottimo affitto per famiglie. L'unità ha lavatrice / asciugatrice. Godetevi la brezza del Golfo dal patio. La cucina è completamente attrezzata. Il Palms at Seagrove offre un ambiente adatto alle famiglie, tra cui una piscina rilassante da godersi dopo la giornata in spiaggia, griglie a carbone per il vostro uso, due sedie a sdraio e un ombrellone saranno allestiti sulla spiaggia per il vostro uso durante il vostro soggiorno. (disponibile a partire dalla primavera fino al 31 ottobre). The Palms ha un accesso privato e recintato alla spiaggia per gli ospiti delle Palms. Seaside si trova a breve distanza in bici per fare shopping, cenare e concerti e film all'aperto gratuiti stagionali. Scenic Highway 30A offre una pista ciclabile di 17 miglia che consente di esplorare le varie comunità lungo la 30A tra cui Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Alys Beach e Rosemary Beach.

Couldn’t ask for better location. Easy to get to and from beach all day with potty trained toddlers. Steps from the sand. Excellent communication with owner when we had issues, resolved asap. We will be back and have shared this stay with friends and family that are booking their stays for the future! We never needed the gated access since we could walk out to beach from our unit, but the gate is loud when others let it slam due to proximity. Box fans are provided and we couldn’t hear it from the bedroom, just when in the kitchen. Didn’t cause issues for us, but only negative to note if you are super light sleeper. Had everything we needed and more. I’d say best possible unit at the Palms!

This was our 2nd stay at this particular property and I’m sure we will have more. This unit is perfectly located and within steps to the beach! Everything you need is at your fingertips and not to mention property manager is just a text or call away and responds quickly to your needs…definitely recommend this rental!

Perfect family beach vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Tanya’s place. Nothing beats waking up to the ocean waves each morning, and the ease of having the beach right off the back porch was awesome. The kitchen had everything we needed to make yummy meals in, and the condo was clean and comfortable. Plus, the location is perfect for bike riding into Seaside or Grayton Beach. Everything we hoped for in a beach vacation!

Beautiful Stay

Loved this place. Very clean. Kiddos had their own bunk. It was exactly as pictured. It was pretty neat to wake up and drink coffee on the patio and see the ocean. 30 minute walks to Seaside for restaurants was a norm for our family. The umbrella service was great and the beach was not crowded for a hot July month. Can’t wait to make it back.

Beautiful and perfect location

This place was comfortable, decorated nicely and had everything we needed. The bed was compfy as well. Being on the first floor was so nice for us this time since my husband was recovering from a knee surgery but I want to stay here again, it just overall was so much easier and convenient. Location was perfect and beach was awesome! The owner was so responsive and caring and made sure we were happy with our stay. We plan to return!

The Best Condo in Seagrove!

This is our second time staying at this condo. It’s simply the best. Perfect location, beautiful decor, the most well appointed condo, and the master bed is too die for. Tanya is the best hostess ever. We will be back again next year!!!!

Living the Life

Our week long stay in Santa Rosa Beach Florida at this condo has been nothing but short of amazing. From the pristine white sand beaches to the crystal clear turquoise waters everyday view from this condo was a perfect blend of relaxation and enjoyment. We enjoyed stunning sunsets, and the charming atmosphere of this beautiful coastal town. The warm hospitality and serene picturesque surroundings have made this trip truly unforgettable. Our condo was a perfect fit for this vacation to soak in the tranquil beauty of the Gulf. We will rebook this condo for another trip to the Gulf in the near future. Perfection!

This beautiful property is our 'go to' every Labor Day. It's well maintained, always clean, comfortable beds and just plain wonderful! The property manager is very responsive and so wonderfully kind. Accommodating us when we arrived early, making sure the make ready was completed. The local caretaker is amazing, kind and thorough. We're already planning next year's trip!!

Fantastic All Around

We have been coming to 30A for several years and have stayed at countless rental properties (mostly thru VRBO). THIS PLACE HAS BECOME OUR FAVORITE - great views of the gulf, very comfortable bed (I always check reviews to see if there are comments on the bed - I can confirm the great reviews about the bed are spot on), nice updated kitchen, high quality HDTV's in both living room and bed room...I could go on and on. The ease of working with Tanya on the booking and her quick email responses made things that much more enjoyable. Truly cannot recommend this place enough and we will definitely be back!

Location could not be any better!

On our way home from a wonderful week in Seagrove. The location is absolutely amazing. Right outside your door is a large area of grass for kids to play. About 20 steps to the top of the stairs to the beach which is about another 20 steps away. The condo is very comfortable. Kitchen has a long Island for prep. King bed is very comfortable and bunk beds were fun and comfy for kids. I have an 11 and 13 year old and they were big enough for both. Beach was not crowded and host was awesome and responds IMMEDIATELY! Super said our week is over!

Perfect for kids.

This is the third time we have stayed here. Ground floor unit opens right into a grassy yard and is just a few feet from the steps to the beach. I love that the unit is so close to the beach. When something is forgotten of kids just need a break, heading back is no big deal. We had to cut our fall break short last year because if Hurricane Michael and we were called as the storm approached just to put our minds at ease and I really appreciated thar.

Best beach vacation we’ve ever had!

What a gem! Condo had everything we needed for our week stay. Our kids loved the bunk beds—each with their own light and outlets to charge their devices. Super clean and AMAZING location! First floor walk out to the beach was better in person than the pictures. The beach was pristine, never crowded and the chair/umbrella service was so appreciated! We drove 30A from Destin to Panama City during our trip and their is no doubt that Santa Rosa Beach was the best location for our relaxing end of summer vacation! Great restaurants close (Bronzinni’s Pizza may be the best pizza we’ve ever had!) and grocery store within minutes. Check in and out was flawless! Superb communication prior to our arrival with all pertinent details. Tanya is an incredible host!!! We can’t say enough kind things about her or her property! Quick response anytime we communicated. When we hit a little snag with our arrival plans, she responded with empathy, kindness and compassion WAY beyond what we could have imagined! Truly a wonderful host! We simply cannot imagine a better beach vacation anytime in our future! Santa Rosa will always be what we compare any other possible beach location we think if traveling to!

Worst VRBO experience EVER

From the moment we arrived to now a day later it has been a nightmare. The unit is nice & location is great but the owner is a very dishonest, rude & unapologetic person. We arrived 6 minutes early & entered a filthy condo. Nothing had been cleaned. Garbage, food, dishes, floors & linens all untouched. We called the owner immediately. She had every excuse. Initially blaming us for arriving a day too early. Told us there was nothing she could do. In the midst of Covid we stood in her dirty condo kitchen shocked that she was not accommodating or unapologetic. After a little back & forth she called back after verifying I guess with VRBO that we indeed were scheduled to be there. She then an hour later called a cleaning service to clean & offered to pay for our dinner & said the first night charge would be refunded. We returned from dinner after 3 1/2 hours & the unit was still not cleaned appropriately. There were 2 half used rolls of toilet paper left behind with some unsightly splattering on top. Hair and dirt on top of the toilet seat, a ring left by the last residents in the sheets of one of the beds. Splatter behind the garbage can. Just little things throughout the unit that made us uneasy as to the thoroughness of the cleaning. She remained unapologetic after we shared our concerns but we had planned our trip, were there and had no other options for another place to stay. We rent & travel ALOT & between the 4 of us have NEVER left a negative review. We have pictures of everything & copies of all communication minus a few phone calls in which she was incredibly rude. We left Monday morning well before check out. Took out garbage, loaded dishwasher & left the unit much cleaner than when we found it. We contacted her today about the one night she said she was refunding. In response she immediately accuses us of ruining a slip cover & some towels with make up smudges. THIS IS A LIE. Three of us use make up wipes & one uses a special make up cloth. She sent us a statement for damages saying the washcloths had to be replaced! Another lie! If you want to be ripped off, lied to or compromise your health book this unit! If not, look elsewhere. We never planned to leave a negative review. Never planned to have her pay for our dinner or be robbed of the first night of our beach weekend. None of this was our choice. She is charging us for her mistake. Do not trust her!

Our host was amazing leading up to checkin. We did not need to reach out to the host during our stay because everything was perfect. Gorgeous views and access to the beach was literally at our back door. Everyone was kind and family oriented. Recommend this place to all.
