Il complesso è il preferito dagli ospiti abituali anno dopo anno e tutti i condomini hanno una camera da letto e due bagni completi. L'arredamento soleggiato in C4 è incantevole e presenta una camera da letto matrimoniale, un divano letto nella zona giorno e cuccette integrate nel corridoio per i bambini. Rilassati e goditi tramonti spettacolari e fresche brezze del golfo dal patio.

    The Palms dispone di una piscina condominiale e griglie per grigliate pomeridiane e c'è una passerella privata per l'accesso alla spiaggia. La posizione è a pochi passi da ristoranti, negozi e attività della zona. Perfect spring break!

We stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed every minute. The condo was in great shape, very clean, and well equipped. The location was perfect for our high school girls to enjoy spending time with their friends at Sea Side and around Sea Grove.

Perfect condo in perfect location

The condo was beautifully decorated and the kitchen and bathrooms were nicely updated. The bed was very comfortable and the window treatments blocked out any light. The location was perfect and centrally located on 30a. We would definitely stay here again.

Parents week away

My husband and I enjoyed everything about this condo. Being on the 1st floor with a 8 month old with just steps to the beach made it so convenient. We are already thinking of coming back next February.

Prime location

The first floor unit is as close to the beach entrance as you can get. We loved being able to walk right into the back sliding door and enjoy the grass area in the evenings. Short bike ride into Seaside. We were very pleased at the cleanliness of the entire property. Thanks for the great vacation.

The condo was lovely. The location could not be better. I have to use the public ramp Beach access—but the condo itself was plenty mobility challenge friendly.

Property was very clean. Everything I expected. Walk out patio door beach was right there. Bed was comfortable I liked have two bathrooms. Had everything you would ever need. Would stay there again. Close to restaurants and shops.

Home away from home.

Beach access from the sliding back door of the condo. First floor, easy access to parking lot. Restaurants & grocery was driving (or bike) distance. Condo had all amenities for the kitchen. Bring your own toilet paper if staying for more than 2 nights. It’s a home, not a hotel. Cozy decor, comfortable for both toddlers and adults. Beach chair rentals available, recommend to call one day before for reservations. Will stay again!

Spacious family room and bedroom - our kids loved the hallway bunks. The location is the best part - lots of things to walk to (doughnuts, souvenir shop, restaurant) - this first floor condo is located right at the steps to the beach, which is perfect. The view is unbelievable. Great stay! We will definitely book again.
