Camp Sight Features
- Overlooks Camp WaterColor! Access included with your reservation
- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 60 pounds or less, and non-aggressive breeds only. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival.
- Complimentary use of a 6-seater LSV (golf cart). Must sign a waiver for access to the LSV
- Access to 5 Taxi Bikes, serviced regularly to keep them in top shape
- Driveway parking for 3 vehicles (garage parking not available)
- Private Carriage House Apartment with sleeping for up to 4 guests, a full kitchen, living room, and private entrance as well as access to the main house from the 2nd floor patio walkover.
- Outdoor grill on 2nd floor deck
- 2nd Floor Main living area with Smart TV and multiple entrances to the covered balcony with lots of cushioned seating plus outdoor dining for 4
- 2nd Floor Gourmet Kitchen with professional grade stainless steel appliances
- 2nd Floor Dining table with seating for 8 plus breakfast bar seating for 4
- 1st Floor Family Room with Smart TV
- Cable and WIFI throughout home
- Covered front porch with rocking chairs and cushioned bench swing with view of Camp WaterColor
- Covered balcony with seating and views of Camp WaterColor
- Sundeck on the 2nd floor with outdoor dining for 6, outdoor grill, and walkover access to carriage house apartment
- Access to Watercolor Beach Club, Camp WaterColor, and community pools included for 12 guests age 5 and older
- Community pools heated during cooler months (subject to change by the neighborhood)
- Concierge services including baby equipment rentals, grocery delivery, boat charters, and beach service available
- At least one mid-stay clean is required for any reservation 10 days or longer and this cost is included in your reservation. Extra cleans can be scheduled for an additional fee

Welcome to Camp Sight! Our designer home is ideally located across from Camp WaterColor and is perfect for families to vacation in style. Situated on a corner lot, the expansive home features a deluxe wrap around balcony with outdoor seating, outdoor dining, an outdoor grill, and walkover to the carriage house apartment. There are additional private outdoor spaces on the covered patio, courtyard between the main house and carriage house, side patio, and front balcony. Camp Sight celebrates the outdoor lifestyle that makes WaterColor and 30A a must visit vacation destination.

This home is loaded with extras, including a 6-seater LSV (golf cart), 5 taxi bikes, and multiple living rooms. The spacious floor plan is comfortable and inviting for your crew of up to 14. The private carriage house is also a perfect space for anyone in your family who desires a bit more privacy. This luxurious private space even includes a Full Kitchen!

Fantastic location. Situated in the heart of watercolor, the property is steps from almost everything. The pool, the sports field, basketball and the watercolor trail system are all just a short walk from the house. We loved it.

A week away for vacay

The house was clean and very well stocked (kitchen, bedding, etc). The rental/management company was very easy to work with and was quick to reply with answers to any questions we had before and during our stay. The house was in a perfect location and seemed to be overall very well maintained. The guest cottage was included in our stay (and often is not) and was a perfect place for anyone who needed a quiet place to work for the week. While the downstairs bedrooms are in need of new king mattresses, there isn’t anything else that we thought needed to change. We loved the house and look forward to staying again!

Family Trip

We had family from age. 6-77 and the house was perfect size and spacing. It also had all the amenities we could need. Camp Watercolor was disappointing - the lazy river was so hot - hard to stay in long. We loved the Beach Club, would stay closer to that end next time. Your communication was fantastic - text was a great option and fast.

Perfect location

Highly recommend this property. It is the perfect location (a short walk to Camp Watercolor, a nice bike ride to the beach pool, and you are able to see the lazy river from the deck.) Bedrooms were cozy. Kitchen was great having all the drawers and cabinets labeled. House fully stocked with towels and toiletries. The golf cart was highly convenient and used daily. We had minor maintenance issues regarding the sleeper sofas and a couple other things, but they were quickly addressed. My biggest complaint (and it's a small one) is the adult bikes kept breaking down. Pedals were falling off, etc and the bikes were unusable half the time. I was constantly calling to have them repaired, which they did so quickly, but it was always a bandaid solution, and not a permanent fix. But that's really my only complaint! Everything else was just wonderful. It was an amazing house to make many memories for my family celebrating our milestone decade birthdays of 10, 20, 40, 70, and 80! My family misses the house already and would love to return again someday.

Absolutely Amazing!

So thankful for our time at this property! The home is beautiful, spacious and at the same time cozy and comfortable. Was so thankful to have bikes and golf cart. The home is walking distance to Camp Watercolor pool which was very helpful when having young kids. Cannot want to go back!!

Excellent experience. All questions could have been answered by studying the information sent in advance. We did not so I relied on the support staff to answer questions which they did in a timely manner everytime. I highly recommend this property and especially the management company!

Great location, interesting layout and a golf cart included

This was our 4th trip to Watercolor over the years and the first in this particular house. Great communication with the property manager and others when needed. The house was in decent shape considering its age. The only thing we noticed were the floors were extremely dirty. It wasn't that they weren't clean to the eye (no major dirt noticed) - just that our socks became black after walking on the hardwoods all day. Great location and the golfcart was extremely useful for our large party. Would be nice if additional bikes were included as well considering the house accomodates 12 guests and we only got two bikes included. We had a major issue during the midpoint of our stay - the toilets and tubs on the first level began to overflow early one morning. Long story short, a tree root had grown into the sewer line outside the house. The property management company was fairly responsive and ultimately offered a night in another house if we weren't able to get the plumbing solved. Although it took most of one day, we didn't need the other house and the property manager provided a credit for one day wasted. We were happy with our stay and will definitely be back!
