Welcome to Salt and Seagrove!
Located in the heart of 30A, this stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat is just steps from the beach and scenic Eastern Lake. With ensuite bathrooms, a queen pull-out sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Enjoy a private patio, access to a community pool and tennis courts, and on-site bike and golf cart rentals. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, location, and coastal charm.

- Bedroom 1 features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and ceiling fan for added comfort.

This comfortable coastal retreat sleeps up to 6 guests with the following layout:

- Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite bathroom

- Bedroom 2: Queen bed with ensuite bathroom

- Living Room: Queen pull-out sleeper sofa for additional guests

- Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy, making Salt and Seagrove ideal for families, couples, or small groups.




- Guests will have access to the entire condo, can access the community Pool and Tennis courts.

Beach Access: If you want to walk along the beach you may use the access located just steps from the condo. Due to private property you will not be able to set up at this access however if you would like to use your own chairs you may walk about 5 minutes down San Roy and enjoy a spacious beach, if you prefer an access with beach service and bathrooms you may use Walton Dunes. There is a tram that will take you to this access point. The Tram runs from the condo 9:00-5:00. Wrist bands are required and can be found in your unit.
