Great view of the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this beautiful condo while in town for my nephew's wedding. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Benchmark was great to work with. I wouldn't change a thing!

Quick getaway to the beach

Beautiful beach front property with every amenity of home. The location was great and the accommodations were just what we needed.

Great location for all things happening in the area. Close to The Hub, wonderful restaurants nearby, wonderful beach area. Very well appointed condo unit, with great views.

Review of BeachCrest Condominium

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was fine but the public areas at BeachCrest needed attention. The pool area was always a mess with toys, floats and clothes scattered around. The pool was also cloudy and not clear. The landscaping needed attention. There were two large pots in the pool area that had dead plants in them. The flower beds also were weedy and had dead flowers in them. The whole pool area needed to be cleaned. I did not use the grills but one of the guests told me that one of them was unusable.

Other than the dishes not being clean and the guest bathroom mirror impossibly small, the stay was great! Our family very much enjoyed our week there.

Perfect spot !

What a great location! A very comfortable spot with almost everything you need. My only suggestion would be to have more kitchen equipment. No baking sheets .We will definitely be back

Third year for us to join family in the area for Turkey Day. Great unit, great view, great location. Benchmark always there if you need them. We will return.

I was very pleased with the fact that after we got checked in I received a message to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. This condo is in a great location. We rented bikes and rode to Seaside daily. Highly recommended.

I wish the room would have been more clean. The whole place needs a deep clean but you could tell from stay to stay it was cleaned. When walking on the rugs with socks they would come off with little white hairs so I’m assuming someone had previously stayed here with an animal. My allergies acted up as well which tells me this could’ve been the case. The lamps had caked on dust. Overall it was a good stay but the place could use a good deep clean. There was some confusion with check in but it was resolved quickly by the property manager. The view was great and we were able to use the beach chairs which was amazing. We loved the amenities on sight including the pool which was heated! Great location and within the distance we had hoped to everything we needed!

I could see us returning

We enjoyed the unit and the property. It was our first time staying in Santa Rosa and we will go back to check out all the places we didn’t make time visit. Nothing to complain about honestly. Bed was a little soft for us but just because we prefer firm. The unit was nice. Just your average wear and tear after a long summer.

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to this exact unit for a few years and due to the lack of cleaning that was done prior our arrival and the new prices that are now almost double, we will most likely not be returning.

Weekend get away

The bed however looked like it was just made up from the last guest and you could tell someone had been sitting on it. We washed the sheets before we slept in the bed. Hair all over the shower walls and on the base boards. Not sure the place had been cleaned real good in a while. The location was great, water was perfect and the umbrella and chairs were nice.

Vacation

Overall cleanliness was substandard. Oven was extremely dirty. Furniture is old and living room and second bedroom carpet was old and needs to be replaced. We found the dryer vent to be FULL of lint and a fire hazard along with the air vents. The management cleaned the dryer and air vents as soon as we brought the concerns. The view from our condo was amazing and right on the beach. TVs and internet worked well. Next time I would consider looking for an upgraded condo on this property or a totally different property.

High level view!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Quiet (top corner of building), lovely beach view, nicely decorated condo. Long ride to 12th floor in a muggy elevator but tolerable. We did not use the pool but the beach access and area was very nice. Go out as soon as the person is setting out chaises if you want a front row to the water (7-7:30 am). Benchmark sent numerous communications, which were informative. Phoning them might provide quicker answers, if you have questions, than email. There were some things missing from the condo…pillowcases for 4 pillows, the top for the blender. Some supplies provided but only 1-2 (TP, paper towels, garbage bag, dishwasher pod, etc). Overall we did enjoy our stay and would consider a return!

When I asked for one hour early check in and they wanted to charge me $65 which is absolutely ridiculous. I didn’t get $65 or more back for checking out early!! That just made me mad to start off. I’ve been coming to the area for 20 years and no one has ever done that. So no I would never leave benchmark again. The condo was OK. I guess. The bed was hard the bathroom tiny in the shower did not drain well. The location is great though.
