Welcome to Emerald Tide, your dream escape in WaterColor’s exclusive Crossings District. This home blends high-end luxury with effortless coastal comfort—the perfect setting for family vacations, group getaways, or long-overdue beach retreats.
From the moment you step inside, you’ll be welcomed by exceptional furnishings and an airy, open-concept layout. The main living area boasts soaring ceilings, a large flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace, perfect for winding down after a day on the beach. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with a spacious marble island, premium appliances, and an adjoining dining area bathed in natural light, featuring stylish seating for six.

The first-floor master suite offers a serene escape with a king-sized bed, elegant coffered ceilings, and tasteful, rustic-chic décor. We took 4 families down for 4 days on a whim. This was better than anything we expected. The 7 kids in our group loved it. Bathrooms were huge and beautiful, kitchen/grill were fully equipped, beds were comfortable, and a he amenities were top notch. Pike stay again in the future!

Outstanding property and outstanding experience

Our stay has been nothing short of perfect. Communication with Chelsea was flawless, speedy and accurate. The property was clean, well equipped and met every one of our needs. The best thing I can say is that it felt just like being at home. Our family wants to rent the same place next year.

Memorial Weekend Stay

This is our second home to rent in Watercolor and was exactly what we were looking for. The home was clean and decorated very tastefully. We had two families here and each had their own space and never felt cramped. We would definitely come back to Emerald Tide! The owners have thought of everything and we ate many means from home and also explored seaside, rosemary beach and watersound. It was close enough to everything with the golf cart. Beautiful home!

Great house!

The house was perfect for our group and the kids LOVED the pool! I little far from The Beach Club, but still okay since there is a golf cart. Really appreciated the prompt communication from management. Highly recommend!

Great House

House was everything we expected. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Comfortable beds. Golf cart was not working but they paid for a rental. Very classy. Pool is small but adequate.

First vacation with grands

We’ve had three grandchildren added in 18 months! We needed space and pool in back. This house had both. We also went to Beach Club and Kamp Watercolor so bracelets to get in were nice. We used the golf cart several times every day. The location of house makes it necessary to have a golf cart. I read another review suggesting taking extra napkins, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. We had enough dishwasher pods there, but I was glad I brought bath soap, paper towels and napkins. I did NOT bring extra toilet paper, and we ran out of that too! They only provide one roll per bathroom which isn’t enough for a couple staying a week.

The perfect house

We absolutely loved this house. We stayed with 7 adults and 2 kids under the age of 8. Everyone really enjoyed the pool and the screened in patio. The location was perfect and the golf cart was so great to have. We cannot wait to visit again.

Awesome stay in WaterColor

We really enjoyed the Emerald Tide home. The pool, golf cart and huge kitchen were the obvious highlights. The WaterColor Beach Club is a huge perk and makes you feel like you are staying at a resort. There was plenty of space for 3 families to spread out in the home. 2 of the 3 king beds were comfortable. The outdoor patio was also fantastic, although we wished the fans could move faster, as the weather was very hot and humid during our stay. One piece of advice: if you plan to cook you will have to bring everything, there were no spices or cooking oil available for use. Bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry soap, etc, etc. We will definitely stay at Emerald Tide again. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Wonderful!

Was a great stay! The only complaint was we don’t think the master bedroom sheets were changed, as we could still smell the perfume of the last people that stayed there before us. Not a huge problem by any means as we just washed them and dried them one day as we would come back for breaks throughout the day. Other than that it was a beautiful house and a great location despite being a little further from the beach. The pool/hot tub was awesome for sunburnt days and evenings too. We definitely would come back here if we ever make it back down to Florida!
