Piscina riscaldata, due vicino accesso alla spiaggia a piedi, 3 ° uno vicino per il parcheggio.
Nuovi proprietari 3/2018 splendida posizione su 30A, Rollin Tide è nascosto in una posizione tranquilla, piscina riscaldata, vicino a tre accesso alla spiaggia Publix a 200 metri.
Goditi una delle spiagge più belle degli Stati Uniti! Situata lungo la Costa Smeralda della Florida, Seagrove Beach ha sabbia bianca caraibica e acqua dolce blu-verde. Solo 1 1/2 miglia a Seaside, e incastonato tra Grayton Beach e Rosemary Beach. Il nostro condominio con 1 camera da letto è stato recentemente acquistato e completamente rinnovato con un sacco di nuovi arredi e decorazioni. Abbiamo anche una vasca e una doccia nuovissime. Il nostro portico rivolto a est è il luogo perfetto per un caffè mattutino e un cocktail pomeridiano all'ombra. C'è un nuovo divano letto matrimoniale per i bambini o i tuoi ospiti. Un materasso appena acquistato e un materasso a molle romantico 12/2018 con materassi queen size renderanno le notti tranquille. La spiaggia è a soli 200 metri a piedi e abbiamo fornito sedie a sdraio e un carrello per la vostra comodità. C'è una bella piscina appena fuori dalla porta, senza gradini o scale. Caffettiera Keurig in cucina, due TV, via cavo e internet soddisferanno tutte le tue esigenze. A piedi o in bicicletta per diversi ristoranti e negozi locali. Abbiamo cercato di pensare a tutto per rendere il tuo soggiorno il più confortevole e piacevole possibile. Da non perdere Seaside, a piedi o in bicicletta, così tanto da fare lì. 30A è una spiaggia infinita, cercalo! Chiudi i ristoranti per passeggiare con la pizza di Angelina, 30A locale preferito. Non devi mai lasciare 30 A per trascorrere una vacanza spettacolare.

Nice, small condo about one block from the beach (6 minute walk to public beach). Located on the first floor with nice patio right next to pool. Very quiet and peaceful. Need to upgrade pots and pans. Other than that well furnished.

Location was great and host was awesome. Needs a new umbrella in the beach box and maybe some tupperware but other than that no complaints at all! Obviously very minor details, we were very happy with our stay!

The condo was clean and organized. The amenities were as specified. I was happy to be so close to public beach access and a 10 minute bike ride from Seaside center. The pool was a great feature. Excellent value.

The unit had some nice features like the washer and dryer, comfortable bed and it is decorated nicely. However, we had no cable TV due to the cable box not working and I have nothing like Netflix on my own. watch.

Nice quiet location. Pool right outside our door. About 6 minutes to beach. Condo had a cute beachy theme. The condo was clean. Owner was quick to respond. Stove needed to be updated. Burners did not sit level. A bit challenging. But, made it work. We loved staying there and plan to come again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. I would highly recommend it, and we will stay there again. It's a short walk to the beach if you don't mind that. The cart that was at the condo to haul our beach chairs was so so awesome!! Lots of things in walking distance to eat, and shop. We were there for a wedding in Grayton Beach, so it was close. It was me and my adult daughter and my best friend. The condo had plenty of parking and the condo is right by the pool. It was clean and great for us 3. The only thing I think they need to add is a full length mirror, it was hard trying to get dressed for the event with just the one mirror in the bathroom with 3 women, but we made due. We had plenty of towels and wash cloths too. The kitchen was equipped enough for us, but we really didn't do much cooking! We loved it and will stay there again in the near future!!! The owners responses were very fast and that means a lot if you are renting!!!

This is a great property, pictures do not do it justice! Very clean and completely stocked with anything you could need. Lovely pool with plenty of seating. The hosts communicated every detail so well. Would definitely go back!

Two people stayed for 2 days. The owner let us check in early, and check out late as long as we did all the laundry and cleaning. We appreciated the extra four hours and did the cleaning/laundry. The condo is a little dark and there isn’t a lot of room because the furniture is large but it’s comfortable enough for a shorter stay. The pool was heated and wonderful and the beach is a short walk.

Ground floor, pool view, cute condo. It was perfect for a fall break get away. Pull out couch is comfortable. Coffee maker, keurig, toaster, and microwave provided. Plastic utensils for kids and plenty of metal larger utensils. Very clean and we were able to get an earlier check in! Will stay here again. Beach chairs provides and sand toys. Easy walk to the beach.

My family and I really enjoyed this listing! The walk to the beach was easy (and a great recommendation from our hosts)! Our hosts was also great at communicating! They were so helpful when we needed to adjust our dates and then wanted to add a day. We really appreciated that!

Thanks for a nice and very cute place to stay. Thanks for the wagon but it wouldn’t work with the steps to the beach. They should have handicap entrance. There were a couple of things we thought could be better. Not enough silverware and serving spoons. Ice cream scooper so we don’t bend the spoons. More kitchen towels and hand towels. There was only 1 kitchen towel and it was so cute you don’t want to use it. 1 box of kleenex would be nice. My husband didn’t pack one of the poles for our beach umbrella so your umbrella was a Godsend. But it really needs to be replaced. Falling apart. Oh yeah the drain in the tub didn’t drain well. The pool so close and ground floor was really nice. Thanks so much. Hope my input was helpful.
