Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, a second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and a third pool with zero-entry, as well as an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and a new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: Breezy days of coastal leisure await at 662 Western Lake Drive, a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home in idyllic WaterColor. Tucked within the Lake District, this 2-level property accommodates 10 guests. Enjoy the numerous community amenities, including the Beach Club, pools, tennis courts, and family-friendly Camp WaterColor, complete with a lazy river. Guests will love savoring the seaside weather from the comfort of the shaded porches and relaxing by the beach—only a short 7-minute walk away!

Lush trees and a wide front porch paint a scene of tranquility as guests arrive. Inside, coffered ceilings and elegant French doors cultivate an elevated setting. Sink into the plush sofa and armchairs to relax in the cool air conditioning after a day in the sun—there are plenty of entertainment options with a Smart TV and DVD player. Whether cooking multi-course meals or quick bites, the kitchen is well-equipped with high-end appliances and ample counter space, plus a grill outside for tasty barbecue. Guests can dine at the table for 6, with 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar. A stacked washer and dryer in the utility closet offers convenience. When it’s time for bed, the primary bedroom is on this level and boasts a king bed and private bathroom.

Upstairs, a secondary living space with a curved sectional, TV, and 4-person table provides plenty of room to spread out—or a cool hangout spot for the kids! Through the French doors, discover a covered balcony with patio seating and rocking chairs for unwinding in the fresh air. The 2 guest bedrooms respectively feature 1 king bed and 2 twin beds and share access to a furnished, screened-in porch. For extra sleeping accommodations, the office has 1 daybed with 1 twin trundle, and the living area has 1 queen sleeper sofa.
