Goditi le incredibili spiagge del Panhandle della Florida mentre sei in vacanza nella nostra residenza cittadina. Questo è l'ultimo rifugio. La residenza cittadina presenta tre piani con viste incredibili dai nostri balconi sul Golfo. Questa residenza cittadina è direttamente sulla spiaggia !!! La comunità Sea Haunts comprende una passerella privata per la spiaggia e una piscina espansiva con vasca idromassaggio.

Rilassati nella nostra splendida camera matrimoniale all'ultimo piano con letto king size e balcone privato. Goditi le fantastiche viste sull'acqua e sulla spiaggia durante il giorno e lasciati cullare dai suoni del Golfo di notte. Sullo stesso piano si trova un'invitante seconda camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e bagno padronale in comune.
Al piano principale, rilassati con gli amici e la famiglia nella famiglia / sala da pranzo e goditi l'uso della cucina ben arredata. Al piano principale è incluso un bagno di servizio e un fantastico balcone con vista sul Golfo, ideale per rilassarsi con un drink pomeridiano o ammirare i nostri splendidi tramonti.
Al piano inferiore, abbiamo una camera a castello per bambini (fino a 4 persone max. 2 adulti) con TV, Playstation 2 e una terza camera da letto matrimoniale con TV, patio privato e bagno completo in comune.

Questa struttura si trova sulla spiaggia di Santa Rosa sull'autostrada 30A a pochi minuti da ristoranti e negozi. Siamo a breve distanza da Seaside, Destin e Baytowne Wharf a Sandestin. Sulla 30-A puoi goderti le miglia di piste ciclabili asfaltate per fare jogging o andare in bicicletta collegando le comunità 30-A di Gulf Place, Seaside, Grayton Beach e Rosemary Beach.

Sei un buongustaio? Ti piacerà creare fantastici pasti nella cucina ben attrezzata usando pesce fresco pescato localmente (cernia, dentice, gamberi del golfo) che puoi ottenere tutti al mercato dei frutti di mare di Goatfeathers. Abbiamo una zona grill comune vicino alla piscina.

While we enjoyed the location and easy beach access, this unit was very dirty. Sticky floors, dust bunnies and dirt, etc. under beds, in closets, and on all baseboards. The basement bathroom had a moldy shower curtain, along with mold around the shower head and knob. A good deep cleaning would go far. One other small complaint is there were no plastic cups in the kitchen, which is a necessity for small children, made us nervous having them drink out of glass cups all week.

Great property right at the beach. Everyone loved it. Easy walk to Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar and other restaurants. Couldn’t be happier dealing with and getting answers to our questions from our host, Lisa Gable. Best family vacation, hands down.

The townhome is located on a private beach within a gated community. The home is on three levels with panoramic views from the top two decks. There is an eating area on the middle deck. House is very well equipped and there are plenty of beach chairs and beach toys which is an added bonus. Beds are comfortable and kitchen well equipped. There is a community pool and hot tub very close. The home is almost on the beach - a very short walk (1min) down some steps to the sand. A short walk along the beach to a couple of great restaurants and shops. Seaside is about a 10 minute drive and worth the visit. Enjoy the food trucks! Rosemary also worth a visit but we were much happier to be at Santa Rosa where the beach was less crowded and the vibe more laid back! We rented bikes but probably wouldn't repeat as its mainly along the side of the mainroad! Easy to get supplies from Publix or Walmart which are about 10 minutes away. The beach is gorgeous - calm and clear water most of the time and despite a hurricane about 400 miles away we were able to sit on the beach every day! Kids met lots of other kids on the beach. Some of our family flew into Panama City and took an Uber which was very convenient! The Uber even picked them up at 5am for an early flight and was around $55. Recommend taking some beach shade-umbrella or portable Cabana and a cooler! We saw some people with wagons but they had to be carried down about 10 steps.

First if we are going to the beach - I want to stay ON the beach! This condo led right to the foot path and over a dune and you were on Santa Rosa beach. That was great! We spent spring break with 5 adults and 4 teen girls here and it was fine. aside from 2 full bathrooms - which, with girls, there is bound to be some issues - this condo was perfect. It was walkable to Shunk's Galley and the shopping right there and about 10 minutes from Seaside. I would say it wasn't luxury - but it was nice, and comfortable. What you would expect for a beach property. They had a bunch of chairs so that was nice - we didn't have to rent - but you could if you wanted to. Like the gated access and the fact that there was a pool because we had 2 red flag days at the beach and the kids could still swim. overall, really nice place and stay - would stay there again for sure! Location is amazing for the beach towns there! Thanks owners! It was lovely!

Property was in a perfect location with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and having extra beach chairs and toys available was a plus. The owner has sent a beautiful charcuterie board upon arrival that was a very nice touch. Couldn’t recommend this place enough for a family or group of friends looking for an awesome beach trip.

This 3 story condo is all about the beautiful views from the two balconies and the pristine beach being mere steps out the back door. Very clean and comfortable with simple neutral furnishings. The ground floor bedroom and bunk bed bedroom aren't quite as cheery as the upper floors, but we were a couple and didn't use those rooms, so that didn't impact us. The balcony off the master bedroom was delightful and we loved our breakfasts on the balcony off the kitchen/living room area. We loved our stay here.

We enjoyed being right on the beach and walking the boardwalk down the the sand or to the pool. We had everything we needed in the townhome. We also enjoyed being close to restaurants and nature walks.

We had a great experience staying in our condo! Perfect location on beach and close walk to shops. Not too busy. Also perfect in between point to Destin and Panama Beach! We were able to visit both locations to do other fun things.

The place was great and exactly what we were looking for over our spring break! We have 3 kids and they each had plenty of space to themselves. The view was amazing and it so nice to see and hear the waves the entire stay! We used the community pool a lot and we were able to easily walk to and from the beach. We would happily stay here again!
