Situato nella bellissima Seagrove Beach a 1,6 km dal mare, questo lussuoso appartamento 5 camere da letto / 5. 5 bagni, casa a 3 piani con soffitti alti, ascensore e cucina di alta gamma, si trova in una comunità privata all'incrocio tra 30A e Robert-Ellis Drive. Posizione facile vicino a Seaside, Watersound, e Rosemary Beach.

Proprio fuori dal portico è una piscina privata.

La spiaggia bianca come la neve si trova a soli 400 m di distanza, una facile passeggiata a piedi (o in auto) di 5 minuti che ti porta direttamente in un negozio di generi alimentari, un negozio di noleggio biciclette, un mercato del pesce fresco e una gelateria.

Ognuna delle cinque camere da letto ha il proprio bagno adiacente.

Probably the most well-stocked kitchen cookware and utensils of any place we've ever stayed. Cannot say enough about how responsive and nice the company handling this property was. If only they could have done something about the rain!

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, there were a couple of serious issues that impacted our experience. The air conditioning didn’t work properly when we got there and on our last day, which made the house very uncomfortable, especially during the heat of the day. Worse, we found German cockroaches in the kitchen, which was really unsettling and made us hesitant to prepare or eat food there. Cleanliness and comfort are basic expectations, and unfortunately, this property didn’t meet them during our visit.This could be a great place with some attention and care, but as it stands, I can’t recommend it unless these issues are addressed.

Many things to do

Property was great! If you have a larger group bring some extra towels and washcloths. Expect to hear a little hammering at 8:00am Rent a golf cart. Worth it “Street Legal” very responsive Had pictures taken on the beach “shore shooter” wonderful! Liz took her time and took a lot! Went on a sailboat “Paradise Adventures” Jess, Jamie and Jacob. So accommodating!! Small walk to beach. Go to sea grove! Small drive on a golf Cart. “Food trucks”

Roof top Gang

Great roof top to spend evenings on when the sun was going down. Outside furniture was dated and a little rusty, but beautiful views. Large 5 bedrooms with an elevator was awesome. I have a family of 8 adults and we all had our own bedroom with a bathroom. The main floor bedroom door does not stay closed so that was a bit embarrassing, also very loud in that bedroom. The beds were extremely hard so I had a hard time sleeping. Also a LOT of construction( right) next door so don’t think you can sleep in. All in all this is a great huge family house, I would book again.

Family vacation 2023

This property housed 11 of us comfortably. We basically had the community pool to ourselves! The house is decorated beautifully and well equipped except for towels and potholders. I gave a 4 for cleanliness because the front porch was not swept and beach toys everywhere. The recliners in the living room did not work and that was a bummer. There was a surplus of books and games for all ages. The driveway is small but we made 3 SUV’s work. The elevator was a life savor!!!

Don't Count on Use of the Pool

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property for a girls weekend. We had plenty of space in the home. The house does need a little upkeep but all are very minor repairs (aside from the toilets not flusing well). The location is very convenient to the beach - only about a 5 minute walk. There is a community pool which we were very excited about using. However, what isn't disclosed (on the listing) is the pool is managed by the HOA not Benchmark Management. The pool was closed for our entire stay. The pool cleaner came & said everything was fine. However after repeated calls and texts, we never received a clear answer and the pool never opened. Since this information is listed in the fine print of the huge contract you have sign to rent the property, there was nothing done to make this situation better. I waited to post this review to hear back from yet another email, but never received one.

The kitchen was well stocked as we do a lot of cooking. Great location!! Very close to the pool. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The only thing we missed with this house was an outdoor sitting space and outdoor shower.

Nice House and Good Location

The house is very comfortable and roomy. We had a mixed age group from grandparents to toddlers. The elevator in the home was definitely a bonus! It allowed the grandparents to stay on the second floor as they were able to avoid the stairs. Thereby allowing the first floor bedroom to be used by my niece, her husband and their 2 year old. (Didn’t want the toddler to be climbing the stairs) As far as location, it was pretty good. The beach is within walking distance but not if you are carrying all of the things you will need for an entire day at the beach. The nearest beach access does not allow parking, so we wld have to drive and unload then take vehicle back to the house and walk down then repeat when our day was complete. Cons: The washer and dryer are stackable and can only handle a small load. When you have a house that can accommodate 10+ people you need a full size washer and dryer. Plus the dryer didn’t work properly. It would take forever to dry clothes, despite the numerous lint cleanings. I had read this in previous reviews and it was very true..the smoke alarm is super sensitive to say the least. It would go off constantly even when there was no smoke. This was extremely annoying as it would wake the entire house up once anyone started to prepare breakfast. While I appreciate that it works, there has to be something that can be done to help control its sensitivity. Scrambling eggs would trigger the alarm. We found it helpful to only cook on the back burners with the oven fans on. This seemed to help a little. One last thing, parking is very tight. Three SUVs will not fit. Luckily, the lot next to the home is vacant and we were able to utilize a portion of that and park parallel to the road. I believe if they owners would invest in a golf cart that came with the rental of the house it would be a great addition. Otherwise, if I stayed here again I would definitely rent one,

The bed pillows were hard. Also, no controls for the electric recliners. We had a defective coffee maker that was replaced the same day we called. Beach is about a two block walk. But overall I recommend this place for a good vacation.

Nice place for siblings to gather.

The VRBO was nice and roomy. Each couple had privacy with their own bathroom. We were somewhat dissatisfied with the cooking pans. The skillets need replaced. The tv and wifi had issues and maybe more info beforehand would have helped. WiFi was at times slow and the tv channels were not available.

Tired but good for a large group of teenagers

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my least favorite house in terms of location and decor, but with 7 teenage girls in tow for spring break it worked out well.
