Escape to serenity at our charming vacation home in Santa Rosa Beach. This delightful retreat boasts three peaceful bedrooms, two offering a queen bed, and one a queen bed and an additional twin bed for extra comfort. With three full bathrooms, complete with showers and essential amenities like hair dryers, your stay will be as convenient as it is cozy. Relax in the spacious living room, where our Pottery Barn sofa offers even more sleeping space. Our full kitchen includes coffee maker, Keurig, gas oven/stove, fridge, and full dishware. Stay connected with fast WiFi, and enjoy comforts like air conditioning, heating, an iron, a washing machine, and more.

Our pool and patio come complete with a fire pit and plenty of seating under the sun, shade, and stars. For an extra touch of relaxation, ask about turning on the pool heater in advance of your stay!

Our home is child friendly, with a high chair, pack and play, and stair gates available. We are also pet friendly, with a pet fee of $275. We want the whole family to be able to enjoy themselves in beautiful 30A.

Great location as it's a quick walk to the beach and located in a more relaxed pace neighborhood. Kitchen well stocked and yard is a relaxing place to enjoy a good book or swim.

Good location. Good bedrooms and well stocked kitchen were the positives. Unfortunately the lack of seating in living room, worn & stained sofa, very dim lighting throughout made it challenging for our family. I could barely see to cook, read in any of the rooms. I would suggest adding additional comfortable seating (the bench was not comfortable to watch a movie). Also there were very few overhead lights and the bulbs were amber colored and dim. We paid extra money for 4 days use of the pool heater but heated water only came on 2 days. Also the pool cleaning tool was so small that the pine needles would not go into the net to clean the surface of the pool.

Perfect house for 30A girls trip

Our stay here was wonderful! Very well appointed and clean. Private pool was amazing. Check in and communication was easy. Great location to the beach - bikes made it a short 5 minute, easy trip. Beach chairs, etc. were a great addition. Comfy beds. A/C works great! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Beach House

The house was wonderful. I would definitely go back. Close to the beach and a private pool. We had a wonderful time and everything was impeccably clean. I loved the gas stove as a cook, it was very nice. My mom and I had an excellent time and the fact that it was pet friendly made it perfect for us. Thanks for hosting us!

A Relaxing Home

We all enjoyed are stay. We appreciated the comfortable beds, the well stocked kitchen, and most especially the private pool and outdoor seating areas. The bikes were an added bonus. The beach is a bit of a hike with gear, but house makes up for it!! Will definitely stay again.

Perfect family beach home

Perfect for all family of four and a friend- from toddler, teen to adult. We enjoyed parking our car and biking and golf carting all week. Daily stops at beach bean/coastside. Clean easy beach access. Heated pool was awesome. We will be back

Gem of a place

Second time here! Amazing and responsive host. We will come back here. Lovely spacious cottage minutes form the beach. Peaceful and friendly neighborhood.. Heated pool as option (kids fav). Our happy place. Please take care of this like your home when you visit. It’s a gem of a place.

Celebrating Sixty

Couldn’t have had a more perfect place to celebrate my 60th birthday with my three sisters. Easy Breeze was everything we could have asked for. Spacious bedrooms and an amazing patio and pool deck. Excellent location along 30A - quick access to the beach and centrally located between Seagrove and Rosemary. Already thinking about a return trip with my husband and children!

A gem in a quiet neighborhood

The home is a gem. Beautiful, peaceful and light decor with quality fixtures. Terrific kitchen with a large bar. The back yard is an oasis and we thoroughly enjoyed an afternoon dip & drinks on the teak chaise loungers which resulted in a relaxed snooze under a big shade tree. We loved this. The rooms are all spacious. 2nd upstairs bedroom has a nice large bathroom with a great, deep soaking tub. The neighborhood is so pretty and so very quiet. You have access to 2 great beach access points at the back of the neighborhood. We especially loved the Sugar Dunes access because we could park the golf cart right near the entrance. The Walton Dunes access is also gorgeous, but the parking is a short hike down the road and is a small lot that can be filled easily. We had amazing mornings at the beaches, enjoying crystal clear water and several memorable beach sunsets. We loved being in between Rosemary Beach and Seaside & Grayton. It was a convenient spot for sure. The host was super fast in communications when a small issue arose day 1. It was clear that they care and want you to be happy. We really appreciated this week, we needed it so much. I highly recommend this property.

Bachelorette Trip

My sister was wanting a relaxing weekend away for her bachelorette trip, and this place went beyond our expectations! The pictures show a stunning place, but it is somehow even better in person. From the beautiful inside to the outdoor pool, back patio, and fire pit- it had everything. You are so close to everything in town as well- So much to do! (Have to recommend walking to the Beachy Bean for breakfast!) the hosts were SO kind and accommodating as well. I did not have good cell service and could not load the arrival instructions, and they immediately resent them to me so we were able to get in easily! (Not to mention I’m also in my third trimester, so it was awesome to have no worries on that) I will definitely be coming back with my family. The beds are also extremely comfortable- will be on a search for the sheets and pillows they used😂 but seriously the best experience! You will not regret staying here!! (-we had 5 girls staying here and had more than enough sleeping room as well as THREE bathrooms; major plus!!)

Nice Beach house!

Beautiful & Clean Home with Private Pool

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. We rented bikes and a few trailers so we could make the beach trip a little easier. The beach is beautiful and the water is so clear! The house was very clean and well appointed. Kitchen storage/pantry was a bit lacking but we made it work. (We have a kid with food allergies and a growing teenage boy so we may be the exception with the need for more food storage space.) The pool was private and we chose to heat it (not sure that was needed) but we enjoyed it. Overall had a great time and the home was well cared for.

Easy Breeze 30A Spring Break

Our family of four had an awesome stay at East Breeze. House and recent renovations were amazing including a great kitchen with high end appliances to cook in, comfortable layout and beds and a backyard that didn’t make us miss the beach once we left it. Heated pool and fire pit were enjoyed by the whole family. We rented a golf cart and had beach chair service which was a short but fun ride everyday and easily could be walked or take bikes. Close proximity to Eastern Lake which we love and quiet compared to the craziness of Rosemary and Seaside which are still close by if you want to make it to a restaurant or shops. Ace was a responsive and knowledgeable host who had all the answers to our questions along with amazing hospitality. Will definitely come back!
