The condo is spacious, clean, and in excellent condition. The beds and furniture are of good quality and comfortable. Parking was easy and just outside our unit. The property is close in proximity to stores and activities, yet tucked away from the congestion of 30A. Overall a very pleasant stay.
The entire process from selecting and reserving the room through checkout was a breeze. After a 9-hour drive, I was grateful the condo was clean and ready for move-in at the designated time. The property managers were responsive and helpful throughout the entire process and had the condo stocked with basic household items. Thank you!
The only negative (maybe it’s because I have never stayed off-beach before) is that beach accessibility was not as convenient as I had hoped; although we faired well because we brought a wagon for hauling beach gear. Also, private properties surrounding the units restrict the majority of the beach front. This was not a huge inconvenience; however, I was not as inclined to use the beach after being told to move 10 feet further away. Having a more lenient beach usage agreement between commercial and private entities is desirable.
In summary, the property was great, and I would gladly recommend these units if you do not care about ocean view or beach front access.
