Mi Casa is a newly updated spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home that sleeps up to 7 guests along with its very own PRIVATE HEATED pool!



Mi Casa, a charming vacation home, offers an ideal retreat for those seeking a blend of comfort and coastal adventure. Nestled in the picturesque Seagrove area, it is merely two blocks away from the breathtaking emerald waters and sugar-white beaches of the Gulf. This prime location allows guests to immerse themselves in the quintessential beach experience, complete with the serene sounds of the waves. The property boasts a stunning heated pool, available for an additional $50 per day, providing a perfect oasis for relaxation and leisure.

*Pool heating available for this property from October 1st through May 1st

*Pool heat max temperature is 87 degrees

*Pool heat fee $50 per day and required for length of stay

*Notification required one week prior to arrival to add pool heat

*This home has a pool alarm required by Florida law which cannot be disabled.

*Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the alarm.

*Please note that we do not guarantee pool heat.

*There is construction taking place behind the home.
