Gli interni sono stati recentemente ristrutturati a febbraio / marzo 2018! Nuova vernice, pavimenti, infissi, bagni e cucina aggiornati!

'Shangri-La' è una casa sulla spiaggia confortevole, spaziosa, a due piani situata a un livello di distanza dalla spiaggia e ha il suo accesso privato alla spiaggia. Questo accesso alla spiaggia è condiviso solo con poche altre case sulla strada. Traffico molto privato e pochissimo in strada o in tre minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia.

Vi è ampio spazio per una riunione di famiglia allargata o due famiglie. 12 posti letto comodamente, ma se necessario ci sono due divani che sono posti letto. Ci sono tre camere da letto king-size, due camere con due letti singoli più due letti estraibili e quattro bagni e mezzo. Ogni livello ha la sua zona giorno, cucina e tavolo da pranzo. L'ampio ponte avvolgente offre viste spettacolari e offre molto spazio per prendere il sole, grigliare o ammirare un tramonto eccezionale.

I servizi esterni includono anche un grande cortile per far giocare i bambini, portico, doccia esterna e grill. House è a sud di 30A. Cammina fino alla vicina Gulf Place per goderti lo shopping, i ristoranti e le attività. Fai un breve giro per Seaside, Destin e Sandestin. Facilità di parcheggio per quattro auto.

Excellent house and location location location. Went down on spring break, with a party of 12. 4 adults, 8 teenagers. Plenty of space for all. Private beach was the winner and deciding factor for us. It was maybe 40 yards walk, very simple and close. To the left and right of us give or take 100 yards was completely pack on the beach. Thank goodness we were on private beach and was barely anyone around. AC went out on the 2nd day and Ashley was a blessing to work with, Ac was back up and running within a couple hours. Overall I would stay again. Everything was simple and easy.

Had a great time. Location is hard to beat. Lots of space. The only negative is the stove didn’t work very well and was hard to cook for a large group on. There were also some items that had to be addressed or repaired when we arrived. Ashley was prompt to respond and always had a great attitude.We loved this spot and would love to return

Family beach getaway

Bed room down stairs needs the mattress thrown in the garbage and burned up. The other beds were very comfortable. Air-conditioning works very well. Bring your towels for there 's were very limited.

The house was just as pictured online. Easy access to the beach, large basement with separate hang out space for teen girls, and comfortable for all. We would book again in a second.

Can’t wait to come back!

The house was perfect for what we were looking for. We loved the multi levels so everyone was not too crowded. Beautiful neighborhood and close to everything without being “in the middle of everything”. Easy access to the beach!

We really enjoyed the Shangrila

We all loved this place!!!!! We had 11 adults in our party. We travelled there for a wedding. The kitchen and top floor living area was perfect as we like to eat our meals at home. The private beach access was exactly what we hoped for - especially after seeing the overly crowded beaches not too far away. We took advantage of the outdoor shower and other outdoor spaces. The beds in the smaller rooms on the lower level could have been better/bigger but other than that - the place was a complete diamond in the rough. We would definitely return to this property if the opportunity presented.

Great place to stay!

We had a great time at Shangri-La! The location near the beach was nice as it only took about 3 minutes to get there. The private beach was a plus as the beach areas to either side were quite packed! We also were grateful for close proximity to Walmart as well as walking distance to nice family-friendly restaurants. Ashley was a fantastic host and always quick to reply to my many questions.

We enjoyed the stay!

Nice place. Lots of space, bedrooms, beds, bathrooms, etc. our upstairs air conditioner went out but Ashley, the property manager, was on it. She arranged to get it fixed immediately and followed up until it was complete. Lovely beach. Do bring your own chairs and umbrellas for the beach because you can go but must provide those items.

Truly is Shanghai-La!!!

This is a fantastic property!! Very spacious and VERY private beach!!! As a matter of fact, this is such a gem of a property, I’d rather rate it unfairly bad so others won’t find out about it!! Seriously, for the price, the space and location are fantastic! Ashley, the property management contact, was wonderful!! We will be back!

Big, comfortable house in a great location

This house was perfect for our group of 8 (5 adults + 3 kids). The beach access was the best part, giving us a direct path to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, where we enjoyed morning walks and watching the sunset.

The location is excellent, with easy access to a lovely beach. The home is very spacious and has all the appliances and kitchen ware that a large group could want. The exterior could use some maintenance, in particular the outside shower should be cleaned up and upgraded, and the paving stones should be stabilized

Fun Week

Location great, House very spacious, Plenty of beds and parking. We had a few issues, which Ashley quickly took care of! It should be noted that the trundle bed room size only allows for one of the trundle beds to be pulled out, so if you need all 4 sleeping areas in this room you will be out of luck. Thankfully, we didn't need the 2nd trundle bed to be pulled out. And the beds/baths could use a linen/towels update.
