Fall Break 2024

We stayed for 6 days and the property was wonderful! The golf cart and bikes were an added bonus and allowed for easy transport to and from the Beach Club and dinners in Watercolor.

Best 30A vaca spot!

We visit 30A every fall for school break! This property was perfection! The house was exactly as described. Beautiful lot with great porches to enjoy the. Oiler mornings. We enjoyed many of the amenities Watercolor had to offer, including many of the pools, the beautiful beach and the evening life of downtown Seaside. The golf cart with perfect for getting around the area. Management was incredibly responsive to our questions and needs throughout the week. We will definitely be back! We traveled with grandparents, our kids and pups! There was enough space for all of us.Thank you so much for helping us make incredible memories!

Cozy and Perfect

We had the best time with our family. Our granddaughter loved the nearby water slides, heated pools and playgrounds. The house had everything we needed and we loved going on rides in the golf cart. Perfect stay! We will be back!

Great property and rental

This is the perfect house for a family with children. It can comfortably sleep 8 people including children and the layouts of the rooms provide flexibility in sleeping arrangements. The house is even more beautiful in person then the pictures. It was so nice to have some starter amenities (dishwasher pods, toilet paper, trash bags, etc..) already there for us. There were even plenty of beach toys and chairs left behind by others to enjoy. This property is super close to camp watercolor and right next to Publix. The golf cart was perfect for our large group and the bikes were an added bonus. Overall this was such a great family vacation and we would absolutely stay at this house and with Sanders Rentals again!!!

extended family vacation

Beautiful family home with plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone! Love the bunk room! Only complaint was the backyard was not pet friendly and two families brought dogs and picked this house with fenced in yard specifically for the fenced in yard! disappointed to find a "swamp" instead... Had a minor issue with golf cart on the first day but management was QUICK to fix it and everyone was HAPPY afterwards!! Loved the location of the property - close to all the pools and a short cart ride from the beach...which the kids loved. Very easy to book and check in and out of was super simple which I personally find a vacation in itself - -

Great location

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful home that was convenient to both Watercolor and Seaside. It rained everyday of our trip but we had a great time spending time as a family in the home playing games, cooking and watching movies. The house was perfect for our family as my mother had a nice bedroom and bath on the main level and my kids loved the bunk bed room. Access to a golf cart, bicycles and the beach club also made our trip more enjoyable. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Beautiful

This property was beautiful! It was the perfect size for us and we really enjoyed having a backyard. The fire pit was a wonderful touch that we used quite a few times. The kitchen had everything we needed cooking wise! The place was very clean and smelled great when we arrived. The bunk room was so cute and perfect for our 4 & 5 yos. This has been our favorite property we have stayed at in the area so far. We cannot wait to stay again!

Great Christmas/New Year's Week

We ha a wonderful holiday in Watercolor. The house was perfect. A lot of living room space and a kitchen with plenty of room. We also enjoyed the fire pit and front porch. The house had everything we needed. Golf cart was also a great perk! We would definitely rent this home again.

Wonderful Vacation!

Have stayed in several houses in Watercolor and can definitely say this house is one of our favorites! Huge open floor plan, comfortable beds, great location and even a fenced in yard for our dog. We loved this house!!!

Gorgeous Home

We enjoyed every minute of our vacation in Watercolor at this home. The home is gorgeous & stocked with everything you need. The 4 bikes & golf cart were on the property ready to use. We enjoyed leisurely rides on the golf cart through the neighborhood as well as using it for quick trips for groceries or to the pools. Access to Watercolor pools & beaches is fantastic! We were especially happy to bring our pup! Highly recommend this vacation home!

Comfortable House in Convenient Location

We have stayed at various Watercolor properties over the years and chose this Royal Fern location because we decided to bring our dogs, which this property allows. The fenced back yard and closed porch worked well for us and the house was clean and spacious. The golf cart was a great feature as it allowed us to get to the beach and to the tennis courts easily. We comfortably fit 6 adults and 2 teens, and 2 big dogs without any issues.

Great VRBO in Watercolor, FL

Property is very cool. Open living space with kitchen. Great front and back porches with nice BR on first level. AMAZING Master Suite on 2nd level along with the other guest bedrooms. Plenty of bathrooms. We also enjoyed having access to the golf cart. A bit easier to get around in than a car. Finally, the response from owner/manager was fantastic. I usually heard back from them within a minute or two!
