Nuovo per la scena di noleggio e di recente ristrutturazione, Bliss di Kitty è un quattro camere da letto, 10 posti letto a 12, con 3. 5 bagni casa una riga dal Golfo. Questa casa a due piani è costruita su pali di fondazione. Il primo piano ha tre camere da letto: King Size Master con due porte scorrevoli in vetro che si aprono su un ponte e costruito a livello della piscina. Solo noleggio da domenica a domenica

La seconda camera è un King Size con una porta scorrevole in vetro che si apre su un ponte avvolgente ed è anche a livello della piscina. La terza camera ha due letti a castello con una porta scorrevole in vetro di apertura anche sul ponte. La lavanderia separata, con un angolo bar e frigorifero, sono sullo stesso piano con le camere da letto per convenienza.

La quarta camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale si trova al secondo piano con un mezzo bagno e balcone privato. La casa può ospitare 10 persone in letti e due comodi lettini per bambini per un totale di 12.

Il secondo piano ha anche una grande sala con una cucina ben attrezzata open space, bar, sala da pranzo, e bellissima zona salotto si aprono su un ampio balcone con una griglia a carbone e tavolo da bistrò. Vi è una TV a schermo piatto da 50 pollici che può essere utilizzato come monitor, e un lettore Blu Ray con le applicazioni popolari come Pandora e Netflix. C'è un sistema Wi-Fi ad alta velocità che funziona in tutta la casa che è protetto da password.

Ci sono cinque porte scorrevoli in vetro che si aprono su balconi con vista sulla piscina, che dà grande sala un aspetto molto aperta e ariosa.

La casa si trova alla fine di un cul-de-sac ed è riservata e tranquilla, ma a soli 250 iarde ovest della barra rossa. Un sacco di parcheggio. Ci sono due punti di accesso spiaggia a 100 yards della casa.

La casa affitta Domenica a Domenica durante la stagione estiva. Cucciolo amichevole.

Summer Trip w/Kids

This place was absolutely perfect! The private beach access is great if you don’t want to be crowded while out there. It’s central to so many activities and perfect spot for traveling over to another beach if desired. Between the pool, games, and beach gear you will not have a dull moment.You do get views of the ocean and sunset from the balconies. There was construction on a few homes around us but we were never bothered. The owners did let us know they are only working during certain hours to avoid disrupting people’s vacations. Overall we agreed we would 1000% stay here again!

Dog friendly

We always love Grayton Beach! This home was perfect for our family! Location was great! We brought our 2 mini Aussies which was even better. Older furniture and not all the bells and whistles of other homes we have stayed at but the sacrifice was ok with us since the dogs could go. We would stay there again.

Needs some attention

This house has so much potential, however we were disappointed with the overall upkeep of the house. On top of many essential appliances not working for many days of our vacation (no hot water, ice maker, dish washer) note......in addition, the air conditioner struggled to cool during the heat of the day, the sliding doors are very hard to open do not shut securely leaving a measurable gap letting cold air out and bugs in, and house seems to have an obvious sway that was a little concerning. Loved having the pool to cool off in but it would be even better with a little shade if umbrellas were provided. House also needs some outdoor lighting of some kind, solar landscape lights would be nice. In my opinion price of house should move way south with current upkeep needs

Cleanliness

Suckers and wrapper found in the kid’s room, empty cans found underneath home, fingerprints still on the table as if it had not been washed. The home appeared they were beginning to update. Other than that, the location was great and there was ample space.

House needs attention

I don’t normally complain but this house needs attention. There was a hole in the wall in the master bath, water stains on the window sills and walls and many other odd things. The cleaning people didn’t put any soap in 2 of the bathrooms and we found a really dirty pair of underwear in the master bath. We love the area and if the house had some work, it would be great! The kitchen did have lots of dishes and cook wear- that was great.

Christmas Vacation

Great Living area both inside and out. Although it was little cool to get in the Pool the home has a great Pool deck on 2nd Floor as well as 3rd Floor porch space off Living room. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Loved the house and area. Jim H

Great house with nice gulf views

Our family really enjoyed this home. It was nice and close enough to the beach that we could see and hear waves. The home had a great layout for gathering all together between the kitchen and living areas. The kitchen was also incredibly well-stocked, most likely the best kitchen we stayed in in our last 12 years here. Plenty of crab tools, stock pots, silverware and dishes of every kind. The house was pretty clean upon arrival the first day, but the living room furniture and cushions could use a good cleaning or update. The beds in the 3 main bedrooms were extremely comfortable, but the 4 twin mattresses were not. I'd suggest purchasing better mattresses or mattress toppers for comfort. My kids range in age from 11-16 and they all had sore backs and complained of pain upon waking up each morning. My 11 y.o. son moved to the couch and our 16 y.o. slept with us some nights so not ideal. We did like that the bunk room had its own bathroom and shower. That was perfect with the kids. The upstairs bedroom does not have a shower, so we used one of the master bedroom showers on the lower floor and it was fine. We would stay in this home again, however we wish the walk to the beach was a little shorter/easier. While it looks close, you cannot walk directly to the beach. It's a short walk to the beach access, but then it's through sand dunes to the beach which was a problem for our older guests with knee problems. Still, a lovely home with great views and plenty of space. Another favorite was the pool. Best pool so far! It stayed cool all week even after high temps and rain. It was also a good size. We spent most afternoons until early evening enjoying the pool and deck area. It was nice seeing the ocean from here, and we would recommend this home wholeheartedly. Thanks for a great week!
