Studio Juan: Seagrove Beach tiny house 30A + pool + bikes + beach chairs

Studio Juan is a unique, craftsman, 160 ft2 tiny house in Seagrove Beach. This is one of three unique stays part of the Casa de Juan property (others include our beach cottage "The Juander Inn” and our RV campsite, "Juanderland RV"). Studio Juan is located in the heart of Seagrove, right in the middle of scenic 30A where biking to most anything is a breeze--especially when the bikes are provided. When you arrive, you'll enter a wooded drive to the back of the property (north of host's home). Follow the path to the boardwalk bridge and head up to the Studio. Inside you'll find everything perfectly placed and immaculately clean. Hardwood from floor to ceiling, scandi-modern style, this space is clean and charming. Make yourself at home. Take the bikes out to dinner in Seaside, knowing when you come back, you'll get a restful nights sleep on the memory foam mattress with featherbed topper. Wake up to a cup of coffee or tea and take a dip in salt-water pool. This is the kind of place that you'll really enjoy your stay.

Hosts live on site in the main house and are happy to answer questions about the area and suggest things to do and see. We are not shy and we’re glad you’re here!

We’re located on a dead end street in Seagrove off of Hwy 30-A surrounded by pines with the beach at one end and state forest at the other. Sit on the porch you’ll hear the sounds of frogs and crickets and yet you’re a stones throw from the bustle of 30A. Walk, bike or drive to the beach no time. Take a 30 min drive east to Panama City Beach and Pier Park; drive 30 min west and you’ll be Destin (traffic permitting). This is the perfect vacation destination.

We encourage biking to get around 30A and provide two beach cruisers for your use during your stay. For other recreation, try one of the many rental places here for paddleboards, kayak/canoes, beach chairs setups, beach bon fires, electric bicycles and golf carts. We have 3 young children, and are social in the neighborhood, often with other children and neighbors around. You will see & hear us but we will always be respectful of your privacy. Also, we an outdoor cat. He is strictly an outdoor 'barn' cat and should never be allowed inside.

Additionally, our property is not only home to us, but to 3 unique Airbnb’s: RV campsite, the cottage and the tiny house. Each has its own dedicated space but there are shared spaces as well, such as the pool, some parking areas and the bike storage area. Interaction with other guests is likely.

Please feel free to make yourself at home during your stay. We kindly ask that you leave your shoes at the door whenever convenient and limit eating on upholstery. Please keep it neat.
