Ideally located directly across from the beach along Scenic Highway 30A near East Ruskin Street, this exceptional home blends timeless Seaside architecture with modern comfort and elevated details throughout. From the moment you arrive, Slo Mocean feels welcoming, polished, and unmistakably special.

A gracious front porch faces iconic Highway 30A, providing a peaceful spot to unwind and take in the rhythm of Seaside life. Just off the porch, a private outdoor shower leads directly into a convenient mudroom with a stand-alone ice maker and full-size washer and dryer—perfect after a day on the beach. A second side porch overlooks charming East Ruskin Street, offering another inviting space for morning coffee or evening breezes. Perfect location

We had a great family stay at Slo Mocean. House had everything we needed for 8 adults and 4 children. Be aware, though, that during Spring Break weeks lots of noise from teens walking and driving back and forth in front of house on 30A.
