Goditi la fresca brezza mentre sei seduto sul tuo balcone privato con vista sulle acque verde smeraldo del Golfo.

L'edificio è estremamente bassa densità con solo dieci unità in modo praticamente ha la spiaggia a se stessi.

Questo condominio è direttamente sul Golfo, con solo poche iarde di prato verde tra voi e la sabbia bianca.
Sunseekers 7 dispone di tre camere da letto, due bagni. C'è una regina nella camera matrimoniale con vista mozzafiato sul golfo. La camera degli ospiti offre un letto full size. Appena fuori la cucina è una stanza per bambini con 2 set di letti a castello. Il condominio offre anche una cucina completamente attrezzata, tavolo da pranzo con posti a sedere per 8, balcone privato, lavatrice e asciugatrice full size e Wifi gratuito.

La struttura si trova lungo bella 30-A a Blue Mountain Beach, che si trova tra Grayton e Mare a pochi minuti a est e Gulf Place a pochi minuti a ovest. Le attività locali includono andare in bicicletta lungo la pista ciclabile del 30-A, giocare a golf presso il Santa Rosa Golf Club a pochi minuti di distanza, o fare shopping nella vicina Seaside o SanDestin, che dista solo circa 15-20 minuti in auto.

Perfect getaway

Our stay was wonderful. Everything was clean. My husband and I usually complain about mattresses when we are of town but the beds were very comfortable and it was super quiet. The only thing we could hear at night was the ocean which was very peaceful. The parking was a bit tight luckily there was no one on either side of us. Despite that we would stay again.

Sounds of surf

This beautiful property in a perfect location offers peace. The beach was uncrowded and the only noise heard inside the condo was the ever present and welcome sounds of the waves crashing into the shore.

We love Blue Mountain!

The location provided everything we could have wanted...breakfast,lunch,dinner,drinks,gas,groceries,coffee... it was all a short walk down the road. The view from the room was incredible! Our condo was perfect.

Great place to stay, very clean, very close to beach, pictures are accurate but cannot express the beauty of the surroundings. parking is very tight so pay attention to the parking info. it is the truth.

Love this place!

Location was perfect. Plenty of room and well kept. Other than not be able to locate a broom (tracking in sand) it had everything we needed. Had one small issue with DVD player and it was promptly addressed and replaced with new DVD player. We will definitely be coming back!

This was our first bad experience with 30A properties. The space advertised a room with two sets of bunkbeds which would have been perfect for us. When we checked in the owners had recently removed a set of the bunk beds without informing us. We were forced to make other sleeping arrangements (air mattress). Doors to the laundry and utility storage were so dated and extremely difficult to open and close. A/C unit cooled in the morning hours, but the room temperature remained uncomfortable by 2PM on. The condo was 50% clean but needed a deep clean. Just a musty odor in the space. Definitely, it needs to be cleaned thoroughly and information on sleeping quarters should be updated ASAP for future guests.

Would absolutely rent again!

Excellent location right in the beach. Clean large and well decorated. Property management company checked daily to make sure everything was going well. Great customer service. Overall just a wonderful stay. Peaceful and quiet at night.

Property Needs Updating

This property needs a overall updating. From the cabinets, to the doors, lighting, and bedding. The sliding door barely opens/closes and the deck hi-top chairs are rotting away. Check-in was held until 5pm for Covid related "extra cleaning". There is black mold around the vent ducts, thick dust on the ceiling fans, and thre doors are dirty. I love the Blue Mountain Beach area, but will not stay at this property again..

Amazing stay

We have stayed in 3 different units at this property. This has been our favorite! The added bunk bed room was perfect for our kids. Unit was very clean and property manager was super friendly. We look forward to staying again next summer!

This property is in need of a lot of updating. There were multiple broken items. The beds are too hard. The bunk room was tiny. It wasn't even a real bedroom. The parking lot was soo tiny. It was a nightmare getting in and out. The only thing this property had going for it, is it is right on the beach.

Beautiful view, of course. Condo is clean and nice. Couch uncomfortable and patio furniture is about to fall apart. Tap water is yellowish. Wrong code to the beach access, so had to call for the correct code. Very limited parking, if you plan to have friends over. We enjoyed our stay, but I would say it is over priced for what you get

Our second night we had an issue with the electricity. The property manager worked hard and fast to make sure it was fixed even giving us other housing options. Couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with!
