Beach House a conduzione familiare / operativa con nuovi arredi e aggiornamenti. Camera da letto della regina con bagno privato. Letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli con bagno privato.

Fuga nel nostro bungalow a Seagrove Beach per una vacanza indimenticabile! 'Blue Paradise' è un cottage perfettamente nascosto che offre una piscina in stile resort e una vasca idromassaggio a pochi passi dalla porta di casa. Goditi il ​​caffè del mattino sul balcone con vista sulla piscina o la tua vista privata sul tranquillo lago sul retro.

Il nostro bungalow è anche a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e si trova in posizione centrale tra Seaside, a soli 2 miglia a ovest e Alys Beach, a 4 miglia a est. The Watercolor Crossings Publix è anche convenientemente situato a 2 miglia lungo la strada.

La tua scelta di ristoranti raffinati o i rilassati flussi d'aria al Seaside sono solo a un giro in bicicletta. Il Cafe 30A molto apprezzato si trova anche a un isolato.

Our family had a wonderful time vacationing in 30A and staying at this bungalow! The house was very clean, and just as pictured. The pool was beautiful, we used it every single day. The beach was just a short walk and is also beautiful. We rented a golf cart for the week and had so much fun driving it all around 30A. The location of this property is great, we felt right in the middle of all of the places we wanted to go! Highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! The house in front of the pool was lovely, and the location is great—just a short distance to the beach. One issue we encountered was that the washing machine wasn’t working well, but the host responded quickly and replaced both the washer and dryer within a couple of days. We truly appreciated the prompt service!A couple of things to note: the cookware was just okay, not the best quality if you plan to cook full meals. Also, the house isn’t very close to the parking lot, so we had to use a wagon to bring our things in.

We had a perfect stay for a week. Loved the beach atmosphere in the house. We really felt at home. The bungalow was absolutely complete; very clean, good beds, each bedroom had their own bathroom, a really fully equipped kitchen, beach towels and chairs. Amanda was very helpful. The location of the bungalow couldn’t be better; 1 step away from the pool, 5 minutes to the beach (best beach in the area in our opinion) and all in a very friendly and cosy bungalow park! We would definitely return.

Beautiful Bungalow and Perfect Location

The property location is perfect to public beach access. The bungalow is decorated to perfection and extremely comfortable, we felt right at home. Loved the fact that we were right by the pool as kids could swim while dinner was cooking. Had an issue with the door keypad one day and the property owners were on top on it coming quick to assist us. Would definitely stay here again!

Hidden Gem

Beautiful townhome with everything you need for a perfect stay! Gorgeous view of pool. Peaceful and quiet. Good security. Nice few min easy and safe walk to the beach with bridge access and gas station at corner. Very close to Beachy Bean coffee which was fantastic and best setting ever! Piano bar at night down the road. Very close to Seaside and Grayson beach and a Publix. (Nicest I’ve seen). You can’t go wrong staying here. Host is nice and helpful as well.

Nice place and great price.

We were looking to book a place in the heart of 30A that was not as expensive as some. This house was in a perfect location and the house was perfect for two adults and two teens. We were pleased.

Wonderful Stay!

La Mer was perfect for our family of 4. My older teens appreciated having their own beds and not being stuck in a bunk bed situation. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need; plenty of dishes, pans, drinkware, and even containers to save leftovers. We cooked many meals at the house. This was our first time at 30A and we found the location to be great for getting around. We rented bikes from Butterfly Bikes and enjoyed using the bicycles for most of our transportation (Alys & Rosemary are a bit far so we drove, but we rode into Seaside several times). The free p/u & delivery was a nice bonus. Amanda provides a wagon and 2 beach chairs which was really helpful. We had no issues walking to the public beach access. We were a little surprised to learn the public part of the actual beach was a little further down than where the boardwalk ends, but no issues once we figured that out. The washer/dryer were a huge plus. We loved being right off the pool. Publix is a quick 10 minute drive. Truly, we enjoyed everything about our week and would definitely stay here agin. Highly recommend!

We have enjoyed two stays at the Bungalows on 30A on the Florida Panhandle. The size, location, and quiet atmosphere are perfect for us. This unit had everything we needed for a week's stay. The poolside location within the Bungalows community was a plus!

Quaint and Convenient Property

Everything about the location of this property was great. Off 30a enough that it wasn't crazy but also a manageable walk to the beach/back to the bungalow. I loved that it was close to Seaside but NOT IN Seaside because of how congested that area can get. The property itself was perfect in size for our family of 4. Loved being right off the pool but since we were there in the off-season and the pool is not heated, we never used it. But definitely a great location during the warmer months! There were a few minor things with the unit like older beach equipment (but we were glad to have it at all since our stay was short and we flew) and very few hooks to hang towels, toilet paper, etc. Otherwise, it was well-stocked with all the essentials. We would definitely return to this location!

Wonderful Place!

LaMer is perfectly located next to the pool so our kids could swim while we were in and out making food, relaxing, etc. The bungalow is very clean and comfortable and fit our family of four perfectly. A quick walk to the beach and nicely located between seaside and Rosemary. The locals were very friendly and helpful. We plan to stay again!

Family Beach getaway

We had a lovely time at this bungalow that had everything we needed to make our vacation special. Close enough to walk back from the stunning white sand beach for lunch! The pool was excellent! Overall we had a wonderful time :)

Great family holiday spot!

Great place to stay with family. Pool right at the doorstep. Beach extremely close - we would leave beach stuff at the beach and come back for lunch before going back to the beach, ideal for us with two young kids. Seaside is a short enjoyable cycle in. Will be coming back to 30A and will be staying here again!…. I should also mention that the property comes with trailer and beach chairs, means you can travel a their a bit lighter.

Best beach bungalow ever!

We loved making memories at this cute blue beach bungalow! It was so nice to have the pool right outside of our front door. It was never too crowded. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. If you don't mind driving a few minutes, Grayton Beach State Park is so beautiful and natural! This bungalow had everything we needed and was such a good fit for our family. The little neighborhood is so cute and tropical. My kids and I really loved being here. The location is super convenient to everything as well. Amanda is great and will take good care of you. Highly recommend!

Making it a yearly visit

Such a fun time in Seaside, and our place was exactly what we expected it to be. Great access to everything in all the nearby towns! We rented a golf cart and got around perfectly! This cute little place had comfy beds, and plenty of kitchen gadgets!

Perfect Little Beach Getaway

The location of this bungalow was PERFECT for our family with 2 younger kids - right off the pool and a quick, direct walk to the white-sanded beach. Parking was easy, the area was filled with other families and kind people, and overall really quiet to get some rest. The location was close to Seaside and Rosemary, but far enough to escape the crowded chaos. We highly recommend this bungalow!

Spring Break

We stayed at this home for our spring break trip with our two young kids. It was perfect! So clean and had all the supplies we could’ve asked for. The location is amazing and an easy walk to the beach, close to the grocery store and restaurants, and the pool is literally steps out the door. Amanda was so incredibly helpful and responded quickly to any questions. We loved it and hope to be back next year!

Great Cottage Rental on 30A

My wife and I had a wonderful three weeks at this cottage. It was very clean and had all the space and features we needed for an exceptional winter getaway. The beach was a short walk and the pool and hot tub were right outside our front door. We used the pool and hot tub regularly during our visit. Amanda was always available to answer any questions. It was our first visit to the 30A area and we enjoyed it immensely. We will be seriously considering renting here again for next winter.

Perfect Get A Way

Amanda has a beautiful property. This was our favorite neighborhood we’ve stayed at. It’s a few min golf cart ride to seaside but would be great for bikes too!! (We rented golf carts from 30A golf carts—Adam Steinbach will take great care of you). Old Florida fish house is close and so is surfing deere!! Beach is probably a 10 min walk with toddlers and baby but super close! It was a lot closer than I thought!! If you rented a bike (butterfly rentals is close) it would be even better! There is a beach entrance right beside the gas station. You do have to go 300 feet to the left to rent chairs (some issue the condo owners have that live directly on beach) But it wasn’t a make or break deal for us. Home was clean! The cleanest we ever had! Steps from pool which was our kids favorite part! Pool was actually super nice (you never know from pictures but it was perfect!). I loved how cozy it was! We have four small kids and has lots of living space and room for them to sleep but no wondering which room they were in. Main bedroom had just enough Room for a pack n play while our others enjoyed the queen and twin in second bedroom. I loved how she had a wagon, boogie board, and extra beach chairs for house guest to enjoy. Overall great property. Just book your trip!
