On the first floor, you'll find a luxurious king master suite with a private ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, two additional guest bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen—offer comfort and privacy, along with a loft area perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Just steps from the community pool and directly across from the beach access, this home puts the best of 30A right at your fingertips. Create lasting memories at 30A Magical Place—your perfect getaway on the Emerald Coast.

Serenity at Dune Allen is nestled within the charming community of Dune Allen Beach on the west end of scenic Highway 30A. The community has a centralized and relaxing community pool and is a quick bike ride to a beach access, delicious restaurants, and Highway 30a.

Area Attractions:
This is a fantastic location with Gulf Place Town Center only 2 miles to the West and Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach just minutes away to the East. Biking is a great activity to enjoy as the scenic bike path meanders along 30A.  Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back!

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous. There are activities for everyone: kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, and tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This house is absolutely stunning! The family room upstairs was a hit with my kids. Only a short bike ride to the beach. There were already several beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys in the closet. I highly recommend this rental.
