“My family and I had a great stay here! JP and his associates welcomed us and made us feel at home. Complimentary breakfast was great and the other meals were delicious. The room itself was great given you are in the jungle, so there was no a/c and typical sugar ants but nothing unexpected. The pool and the views were gorgeous. The hot tub was down while we were there but it wasn’t missed. We took advantage of the Lake Tour and La Tia’s massage services which were both worth the money. We...

“The location and property are absolutely beautiful! Incredible views! The grounds are kept meticulously! The rooms are clean and neat. The rooms are simple and yet elegant at the same time. The staff were very forgiving of my limited Spanish. A little harder to get to but worth the drive. The restaurant on property was excellent.
Just a small sidenote… There was no air conditioner in my smaller room. I knew this going into it and the nice breeze that was almost constant.”

“Quest'hotel è molto bello, nel cuore del parco dell'Arenal (l'unico). Le camera spaziose e compde, vista sul verde. Passeggiata di 2 ore inclusa, colazione inclusa e piscina anche. Il riatorante ha la vista sul volcan e si mangia bene.

“The property was absolutely beautiful, Will maintain, and the staff was wonderful! Even though it’s a large resort, it didn’t feel busy because there are so many little areas, walking paths and Hot Springs to escape to. We will definitely be visiting again! Excellent vacation!”

“Breakfast buffet was awesome. A lot of hot springs to choose from. Beautiful landscaping. Security guard 24/7. Very short drive (less than 20 mins) to all the main attractions like Arenal Volcano hikes, La Fortuna Waterfall, Mistico Hanging Bridges, sloths tours, coffee and chocolate tours.”
