“Pool was not heated so tough for all”

“I was not happy with the inside of the building in general, the outside looks better than inside. Inside is old, dark and rather old. I don't feel 'safe' for some strange reason.There was smells of marijuana, barking dogs (I know you can bring your own pet; and I did not know this). TV was old, pictures on website appear brighter. ”

“Room was not ready for me when I arrived at about 5:30pm. Did not have proper shower accommodations even though I booked a handicap accessible room, the room was littered with roaches, and the entire sidewalk area around the building was covered in animal feces. The front desk worker was very compassionate, although there was not much he could do. ”

“I hate that they give me a handicap room almost everytime. the closet is hideous. Had no place to store my bags. Plus they interrogated me upon check in. Why are you here? What company do you work for? Not important. Never have had that experience prior.”
