“Good facilities and location, however poorly ran. Before we arrived we could not access check in information as their system claimed we still had to complete payment, ignored 2/3 emails asking for this to be resolved. Took multiple phone calls to finally fix this. Broken AC, reported on 1st day was reassured it would be fixed and it was marked as urgent, was never fixed.”

Heavy rain, while we were staying impacted the bedroom, seeping through the ceiling, so we were obliged to find alternate accommodation for a couple of nights- Notified owner, but no assistance and no alternative provided”

“Totally(and i do mean totally!) equipped apartment - fully renovated, everything brand new. Attentive (and lovely} hosts Matt and Steph (i mentioned i would like to watch a U.S. news programme- instantly provided cable} really want guests to be happy. For older people like us who like to feel real life going on around them- perfect.A few minutes walk from a very good supermarket, fishmonger,wine shop. And the days drifted by.... thanks again guys! “Fantastic property and location …we thought the bells were magical,the house is tucked away with a private roof terrace that means you look out over the Citadel and beyond to the sea .It was an easy walk for morning coffee and all the restaurants. Would be back in a heartbeat if I didn’t live so far away …..than you Jane ”
