“Very cozy and comfortable...it's on the small side, so was great for this trip, since I was traveling solo. Neighborhood is convenient to the freeway, but still nice and quiet. It doesn't have windows, other than in the door, so it doesn't have views or lots of sunlight, but is a great place as a basecamp in S.B.”

“I had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is unbeatable — there's a market right at the doorstep, and it's just a walking distance to downtown. The apartment is very quiet with great soundproofing, which made it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep.The home is fully stocked with all the essentials, from kitchen supplies to toiletries — everything we needed was provided. Plus, the room was much larger than expected, giving us plenty of space to spread out and feel comfortable....

“So impressed with this place. I figured it would be nice but once we got there we were blown away. It wasn’t just clean and beautiful, all the little touches really put it over the top. They had microwave popcorn, Nespresso coffee, wine keys, beach towels, makeup wipes, beach tar cleaning wipes to name a few. Also fantastic location to walk to anything you could want or need in Santa Barbara. We can’t wait to stay here again!! ”

“We loved this place! It was very cute and cozy and the place exceeded our expectations with amenities and a fully stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and was always ready to answer any questions we had. The location was perfect and right in the middle of downtown with an easy 10 min drive to the beach. We did notice a few things like the floor was a bit dirty, but there were slippers provided in the room that we were able to use and when we arrived there were a few dirty pillows but...
