Good to Know:

• Dogs welcome: $500 flat fee per dog
• Pool heating: $500 per stay (requires 2 days' notice)
• Early check-in or late check-out: $200 each (up to 2 hours)

Service Animal Policy:
We welcome service animals required for disabilities. Service animals must:

• Remain under guest control at all times
• Not be left alone at the property
• Be housebroken (guest responsible for waste cleanup)
• Stay off all furniture
