“Hotel nice and clean, spacious room. welcome and service to forget. we arrived tired and Hungry, we had to wait several minutes before we could check in because the girls at the desk was chatting with her smatphone. we hoped than to eat something at the restaurant but they told us that the entrance was not allowed to people under 21. when booking i did not find this information online, with two minor daughters I would not go there.keep in mind this information if you have minor children.”

“Everything was good , but woke up to a lot of ants on the bathroom floor . The room was clean tho and the property was nice . Breakfast was okay . Staff was friendly, the staff said that he couldn’t give us any reduction on the room since we booked through Expedia , but said he would give us some Hilton points , but I have seen them yet . He said I would have to complain to Expedia . ”

“The inn at Zaca Creek was special. We booked room 6 to stay and visit nearby Solvang with our college-age kids. The inn has all of the modern luxury amenities you want but delivered with the feel of a rustic, ancient roadhouse. The beds were plush and the bathroom was awesome. We loved the rain shower and waking up to espresso coffee in the room. The Tavern was also special. “Perfect Stay for Families with Young Children. Our experience at this property was excellent from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond, managing our late 9 PM check-in seamlessly. They were exceptionally accommodating to our two toddlers, assisting us with heating milk and meals. The entire facility was pristine and well-equipped with great amenities, including hassle-free parking. To top it off, breakfast was served promptly at our requested time.”

“This hotel has everything you need. If you forget anything just go to the front desk they will have it. Forgot your bathing suit ? They have suits. They do their best to make sure your travel goes smooth.I would definately stay there again..”

“This is a well located property, cute and charming. The only issue was the area is loud given its centered in the heart of Solvabg. It’s best to have double-paned windows. Also, bed was not good.”
