“Nuovo e curato, con design danese vista la vicinanza a Silvana, ma il bagno puzzava di fumo e non era stato pulito (capelli nella doccia e assorbenti usati nel cestino)”

“Hotel nice and clean, spacious room. welcome and service to forget. we arrived tired and Hungry, we had to wait several minutes before we could check in because the girls at the desk was chatting with her smatphone. we hoped than to eat something at the restaurant but they told us that the entrance was not allowed to people under 21. when booking i did not find this information online, with two minor daughters I would not go there.keep in mind this information if you have minor children.”

“I had an issue with my car. The chap on the desk helped me, he had great customer service (which I could recall with name). ”

“The person who checked us in was very friendly. He made sure the room was ready for us and even offered to turn on the refrigerator. The room itself is quant, but clean. ”

“Unkept in many areas. My balcony has debris, my balcony has sandbags , from the looks of it, they are years old sandbags which have exploded, my room is outdated, possibly early 2000’s, main drive unkept, spiderwebs everywhere if you look carefully, blotchy exterior paint, your room is guaranteed to show years of wear and tear. Value : $79.00 per room.”

“Amazing breakfast from the bakery across the road, delivered to our room along with coffee, boiled eggs etc. Very comfortable rooms, clean bathroom. Pet relief area, and dog park are a bonus. Huge plus is it is walking distance to all of downtown!”

“The bar had the best pineapple mezcal drink ever, the front desk and housekeepers were very attentive.”

“Parking was easy, the room was very clean, the air conditioner was pretty noisy through the night. Just my preference that the pillows were too firm and big and the bed too soft for my taste. Small things in the overall picture. The location is great and the town is so cute!!!”

“Checking in was breeze since you do it before hand but I think it would be best if there was an actual person you get to interact with. ”

“Room was okay, beds were okay but the bathroom needed some cleaning. The tub needed to be cleaned better and the towels need to be replaced they were old and stained. Outside on the balcony we found spiders and spider webs. However I will stay again because of the location and because what I didn’t like is easy to fix. Other than that everything was good. ”
