Surrounded by woods, this lovely single family house is located in Cala S'Almonia and offers accommodation for 6 guests.
Start your day with a large breakfast on the ample terrace and enjoy lazy afternoons on one of the five sun loungers. The plot is fenced and there are a few neighbours.

In the bright sitting-dining room with satellite-TV you can have a little siesta or enjoy a cup of tea by the fireplace. There's a fully-equipped kitchen with gas hob where you will be able to prepare your favourite meals. The washing machine, the iron and the ironing board are in the bathroom, which has a shower. This lovely house has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bedroom with a trundle bed, all with fan and wardrobe. We gladly supply a cot and a high chair for our youngest guests. A bath with a shower and toilet complete the equipment.

This enchanting house is located in the zone of Cala S'Almonia and Calo des Moro, very quiet and ideal for those seeking relax and privacy. Cala S'Almonia is characterized by rocks and is wonderful for diving and swimming. However, Caló des Moro is a small sand beach, accessible through a staircase which nestles between the rocks. Please keep in mind that in Cala S'Almonia there is very low mobile network, so your phone may not work.

By car you can explore the east coast and dreamlike beaches like Cala Santanyí, Cala Llombards and the natural park of Mondrago. In Santanyí you will find a supermarket, restaurants and the market, which takes place every Wednesday and Saturday. The golf course Vall d'Or is quite close and in Las Salinas you can not only buy the famous salt Flor d'es Trenc, but also see mountains of salt drying under the sun.

Haus hat Renovierungsbedarf

Das Haus ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und der Preis ist absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Es ist sehr spärlich eingerichtet, überall knarrt es. Gemütlich ist es leider überhaupt nicht. Die Lage an einer beliebten Bucht mag für den einen sehr gut sein, jedoch pilgern täglich hunderte von Leute am Zaun vorbei. Wenn man geduscht hat oder den Herd benutzen wollte, hat es sehr unangenehm nach Gas gerochen. Das Haus war aber sehr sauber und auch der Kontakt zu Joanna war sehr nett. Insgesamt muss hier ein wenig für Gemütlichkeit gesorgt werden.

Nice stay for the family

We liked our week there.It was a bit in the second row, away from the people walking to the beautiful Cala s‘Almunia. The host had some milk for us and a parking card because the area is closed for other cars. The house was very basic, but it was what we wanted and expected. Wlan and in general mobile net is not working well in the area. You have to find a good spot to be able to use some internet.

Preis / Leistung stimmen nicht

Für den Preis, der aufgerufen wird, passt die Ausstattung des Hauses schlichtweg nicht. Das Interieur ist weitestgehend veraltet, insbesondere die sanitären Anlagen. Das Bad riecht (wie das gesamte Haus) muffig - eben ganz typisch für eine Einrichtung, die 30-40 Jahre alt ist. Zwei Sterne weil die Lage schön ist, das war es dann aber auch.
