Straordinaria villa in prima linea con accesso proprio a Cala Gran e piscina riscaldata nei mesi più freddi (da aprile a ottobre a seconda del tempo generale al momento).

La moderna villa inondata di luce con accesso diretto alla spiaggia di Cala Gran, una delle spiagge più belle di Cala d'Or, e la sua vicinanza al centro città, fanno avverare i sogni delle vacanze. Il bellissimo ingresso della casa conduce prima nella cucina di buon gusto e poi nella zona soggiorno-pranzo aperta, che offre una fantastica vista sull'incantevole terrazza e piscina sulla baia di Cala Gran. Al piano terra c'è una camera da letto con due letti singoli che ha una magnifica vista sul mare e un bagno per gli ospiti associato con vasca.

Al primo piano ci sono altre tre camere da letto e due bagni con accesso privato al grande balcone. Il secondo piano è composto dalla camera da letto principale con elegante bagno privato e una terrazza panoramica con una magnifica vista su Cala d'Or o sul vasto mare. Tutte le camere sono dotate di nuovissime unità di aria condizionata. La grande piscina a sfioro è riscaldata e può essere goduta durante tutto l'anno. Ci sono speciali recinti per bambini che possono essere installati intorno alla piscina. Tutta la casa dispone di titoli per bambini su tutti i livelli, comprese le terrazze. Il garage della proprietà ha due posti auto e ulteriori frigoriferi per bevande e cibo. La villa dispone di Internet ADSL 100MB / s ad alta velocità

Perfect Family Getaway by the Sea – We Loved Every Minute at Casa Pato

Our stay at Casa Pato was absolutely perfect. Dominique’s communication was amazing—her dining tips came in especially handy and helped shape some of our favorite meals. The location couldn’t have been more convenient for our family of nine: steps from the beach, just a minute’s walk to town, and close to both charming local shops and excellent restaurants at the marina. The views were stunning, and the beaches at Cala Gran and Cala Esmeralda were even better than expected. The home itself had everything we could ask for and more—comfortable, well-equipped, and ideal for a group. We loved every minute and would gladly stay again.

Gorgeous and relaxing

Beautiful home, pool was fabulous! We grilled and enjoyed the terrace. The little cove is perfect. Fine white sand, clear water and fun rocks to jump off into the perfect water.

Gorgeous Beach House

We loved the location of this house, on the water, steps from the beach. We sat on the back porch as much as possible, listening to the waves. We walked to dinner each night, in the town and on the marina. The house is spacious, with plenty of bathrooms and seating on the porch. The host kindly gave us several throw blankets to drape around our shoulders as we sat outside. We called the house our villa because of its location and neighborhood. The front yard is filled with beautiful herbs, rosemary and mint. We would definitely stay here again. We did hear some noise from construction across the inlet, but it was minimal.

Family holiday

Fantastic stay at a beautiful central villa in Cala D’Or. Communication with the property owner was excellent and very responsive. We did have a few issues with unexpected double bookings and pool filter issues which were completely out of the owners control, but they dealt with them very quickly. All the family enjoyed their stay and being so central it was perfect for getting around. Would more than happily book again. Thanks for allowing us to stay x

Our expectations were exceeded in this lovely home on the beach. We used the pool and swam in the ocean everyday. The house was the perfect accommodation for our group of 8 people. Rooms were air-conditioned, kitchen was well equipped and security was top notch. The location was the best spot in Cala d'Or. Walk to restaurants, shopping and marina. The VRBO owner/staff was always quick to return any messages. We did NOT want to leave! Highly recommend.

Amazing Property

What a fantastic place to spend a long weekend catching up with lifelong friends. We couldn’t have asked for a more fantastic location, next to the beach, near restaurants and bars and breathtaking views. The house itself was amazing, loads of room, all the facilities we could ever want, super clean. I really can’t think of any more we could have wanted. Dominique was also amazing with her support in booking, arranging taxis and responsiveness to questions. I would recommend this property 100%.

Fantastic Family Holiday

Fantastic holiday. The villa was in a superb location - close to the beach & all amenities. The welcome pack was great thank you and the cleaners were very accommodating/helpful when we arrived early. The Nespresso machine was just like being at home. Great that we had the use of towels and didn't have to bring any with us. The age range of our family was from 14yrs through to 74yrs and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we would definitely stay again. We would highly recommend.

Meget bra bolig. Flott , varmt nydelig basseng. Bra med utemøbler. Super beliggenhet og meget god plass for vår familie på 7. Lite minus for renhold ute. Vi trodde det lå i avtalen, men endte opp med å spyle og feie selv.

Wonderful vacation spot!

Ten women had a great stay at this house for a week. The views from the house and the short walk into town made it very memorable. The house fit us all very comfortably and it was well appointed. Dominique was very responsive to any questions we had and her local team did a great job responding to any concerns. Our only regret is that we scheduled so much to do that we did not get to fully enjoy lazy days by the pool!

Even better than the pictures.

This is one of those properties that makes you want to move to the location after a stay. Enough privacy to feel like a retreat, but close enough to the action to quickly grab a meal, a drink or pop in the ocean for a swim. If you're hesitating, don't. I've visited 60+ countries and this house has it all!

Toppenhus!

Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse i huset. Vi är en familj med föräldrar, 2 döttrar med respektive, alltså 6 personer. 2 sovrum användes inte så huset är mycket rymligt. Passade perfekt för generationsboende. Huset komplett utrustat med allt man behöver. Värden hjälper till med allt du undrar över. Nära till allt i byn men om man vill göra utflykter rekommenderas att hyra bil.

We booked quite late as our plans kept changing but I’m so glad they did because we ended up at this wonderful property. We have young kids (5 and 2) and the grandparents came too. The property and location meant that we could be together or operate independently when required.

Wonderful location and home!

We had the loveliest time in Mallorca, largely in part to this amazing home and location! Everything was top notch, clean, and the home and view are both beautiful. Amazing villa

Had an amazing holiday at this gorgeous villa with my family, we had lots to celebrate and the villa made that all very special. Fantastic location and gorgeous views. We had a few issues which were sorted out immediately by property owner Dominique, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with, we really did not want to leave and would definitely not hesitate to book again 😊
