Questa bella villetta si trova in una strada tranquilla di Cala Llombards. E 'ancora in posizione centrale a piccole infrastrutture della città ea 10 minuti dalla spiaggia. La casa ha due livelli di circa 160 mq 6 a 7 persone (7 persona Bebé) di spazio e si articola come segue:
- 3 Camere da letto: 2 (1 camera da letto al piano superiore con letto matrimoniale e la seconda Camera da letto con un bel letto a castello, 1 camera con due letti singoli al piano terra. Tutte le camere hanno grandi armadi
- grande cucina con fornelli a gas 4 / forno elettrico, frigo / freezer, forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè, bollitore, tostapane, lavatrice, ecc
- senza Spülmaschine-
- 2 bagni con doccia moderni con grande doccia e ingresso superficiale,
- zona soggiorno-pranzo aperto e molto accogliente con TV satellitare, internet wireless, camino elettrico e stufa a legna.
La casa è completamente attrezzata con lenzuola, asciugamani e teli da mare. La zona giorno ha un inverter clima. La grande piscina (circa 4 x 8 m) e le terrazze esterne vi invitano a soffermarsi. Una terrazza coperta con zona pranzo è adiacente alla terrazza della piscina. In piscina c'è un piccolo luogo ombreggiato coperto, divani e sedie confortevoli. Un parcheggio è disponibile direttamente di fronte alla casa.

Per una piacevole serata all'aperto, v'è un barbecue. Nei mesi più freddi è un inverter clima nella zona giorno e un forno a legna. Questa casa è da aprile a metà novembre per il noleggio.
La casa ha un appartamento nel seminterrato con ingresso completamente indipendente, che viene utilizzato dai proprietari.
La zona giorno sopra descritto e la zona piscina è destinato esclusivamente per uso singolo per gli inquilini.

Toller Urlaub im Juni 2024

Mein Partner und ich waren Mitte Juni für 10 Tage in der Unterkunft. Es sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Im Haus gibt es alle Annehmlichkeiten die man von Zuhause gewohnt ist; gut ausgestattete Küche mit großem Kühlschrank inkl. Eisfach, Waschmaschine (Waschpulver vor Ort), eine Spülmaschine, zwei saubere Bäder mit Dusche, genügend Handtücher und sogar 5 Strandtücher zur Nutzung. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und lädt zu entspannten Fernsehabende ein. (Wenn man mal nicht draußen sein möchte) Da wir nur eins von den drei Schlafzimmern genutzt haben, kann ich nur für das Elternschlafzimmer im 1. Stock sprechen. Schlafzimmer sehr sauber, Matratze gut. Das gesamte Haus ist für sehr heißen Tage komplett klimatisiert. Tolle große Terrasse inkl. Pool, Sonnenliegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten! (Wenn man möchte, hätte man noch grillen können) :-) Die Lage ist 1a - 10 Gehminuten zur Bucht von Cala Llombards und im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, sowie ein Restaurant. (ca. 7 Gehminuten) Die Kommunikation mit Frau Klee war sehr freundlich und einwandfrei, wir haben uns zu jederzeit gut beraten gefühlt - wir würden in jedem Fall sehr gerne wiederkommen! Traumhafter Urlaub

Das Haus ist in einen tollen Zustand mit einen grossen Pool. Die Küche muss gerade erst neu ausstaffiert worden sein. Es fehlt an gar nichts! Die Bewohner im Kellergeschoss haben wir nur 2 mal kurz gesehen sind aber zusätzlich sehr nett. Die Gegend ist traumhaft ruhig und zur malerischen Bucht sind es nur 7 Minuten zu Fuss. Die Hausverwaltung ist exzellent. Vielen Dank!

Super schönes großzügies Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit viel Ausstattung, viel Platz und fußläufig am Strand gelegen. Kompetente sehr freundliche Hausübergabe. Klärung von Fragen sehr schnell. Ruhige Umgebung und super Pool.

Tolle Finca in wundervoller Umgebung!

Trotz der momentan schwierigen Umstände, waren wir super zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in Cala Llombards. Die Finca hatte alles, was das Herz begehrt (Pool, Terasse, Balkon, zwei Bäder, top ausgestattete Küche, Grill, ......) und war zudem nur 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand entfernt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war einwandfrei, immer sehr zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicherlich wieder! Großes Dankeschön an Familie Klee :)

Great villa, even better than the photos

If you want a quiet, peaceful location this villa is ideal. One hotel, one local bar and 2 small supermarkets but travelling distance to many other places. You can walk down to the beach in less than 10 minutes, it's a bit of a hike coming back up and wouldn't recommend walking there if you are not good on your feet. The beach itself has parking and is extremely busy after being referenced as a hidden gem. There's a bar, sunbeds with lockers and toilets. The villa is a good size for 4-6 people, clean, bright and very secure. There are lockable shutters on all the windows, entrance gate also locks. The rooms are bigger than the they seem in the photos. The smallest bedroom has bunk beds, a double wardrobe and direct access to both sun terraces and is plenty big enough for 2 people. The kitchen is well equipped, lots of equipment and storage. There are air conditioning units in the lounge area and the upstairs landing with fans in the bedrooms. We used the fans at night and had the windows open with the shutters locked so that the rooms were cooler. Not having air conditioning in the bedrooms wasn't a problem. Outdoors there's the front veranda with table and chairs, the pool area with sun loungers, table and chairs and additional larger chairs and a path area around the villa with BBQ, drying areas, outdoor water supplies etc in addition to the 2 first floor sun terraces both with furniture as well. There was also sun umbrellas, beach mats and beach toys and pool towels which is always a plus not having to bring your own. As someone else has said the owner and his family live underneath the villa, it has a separate entrance and you don't really know that they are there and very rarely see them. That said the owner was great, really helpful and sorted out anything we needed straight away. Booking process was also straight forward and the managing agents are really helpful from the start of the booking. Keeping in contact prior to arrival and then met us at the villa, checked that everything was ok and responded straight away to any queries we had once we were there. All in all a really lovely villa and a small quiet location and we hope to go back at some point.

Aufenthalt in der Villa Miramar

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Miramar sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und ist sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Der Pool ist sauber und gross. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war angenehm und unkompliziert. Ein Mietauto ist empfehlenswert. Wir können die Villa Miramar bestens weiterempfehlen.

Family holiday

We had a fab time and the house suited our needs perfectly. Close to the beach with a great pool. Both indoor and outdoor space were great for us and our young children (2 and 4yrs). Both cala llombards and cala santanyi are lovely beaches (although very busy). The local supermarket was great for immediate supplies with 2 larger supermarkets only a 10 minute drive. Silke was very helpful and check in and checkout was very easy. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely villa would definitely return.

Villa very clean with plenty towels and the pool was filled and serviced by a lovely guy. Silke is wonderful and always on hand to help. Staff in nearby supermarkets and snack bar were lovely and made us feel welcome. The only downside was the noise from dogs barking in the neighbourhood and from noise by other residents or holidaymakers in the early hours when we were goin for a relaxing time but some earplugs fixed that. The beach is also at the bottom of a very steep road so we only went for a look and did not take our children. However we would definitely recommend this place.

Bon séjour malgré quelques problèmes...

La maison est très jolie, bien décorée et fonctionnelle, piscine agréable et spacieuse. Les nombreuses terrasses sont un plus confortable. Cependant nous avons rencontré quelques soucis tels que la forte présence de chats autour de la maison qui n'avait pas été précisée au préalable et dont nous sommes allergiques, de plus, des draps ont été disposés sur le canapé pour cacher les nombreux poils non nettoyés. Nous avons aussi été déçus sur quelques points comme des mauvaises odeurs dans la salle de bain du haut et parfois dans la cuisine ou bien encore des serviettes de toilettes et draps tachés. Pour passé un bon moment a Cala Llombard il nous semble impératif de louer une voiture. Nous remercions Silke pour son amabilité et sa gentillesse tout au long de notre séjour qui fut tout de même un très agréable moment de part les très belles plages aux alentours.

Sehr schönes Haus - perfekte Lage!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich. Am Pool haben wir uns viel aufgehalten und oft die außen befindlichen Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten genutzt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Von der Einliegerwohnung haben wir nichts gehört und durch den separaten Eingang haben wir auch fast nie jemanden gesehen. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen:-)

Lovely family villa, great pool, beautiful beach in a quiet area

We enjoyed a fabulous stay particularly enjoying the pool with the children. The beach can be walked to in about 10-15 mins (downhill), it gets busy but worth a visit. There are two supermarkets which are handy, a small playground and bar. We had a hire car and used the local Lidl and supermarkets in Santanyi. Well worth a visit to the market on a Wednesday or Saturday. Silke was very helpful and easy to contact. The villa had everything we needed to be self-catering as a family of five. It was clean and is nicely furnished, plenty of towels for the pool and bathrooms. As previously stated air con is only downstairs and therefore it can become hot upstairs during the night even with fans provided. All in all a lovely place to stay providing an excellent home from home and suitable base to explore the area from.

Spacious nicely furnished villa with a great pool. Cool downstairs at night but upstairs definitely could benefit from air conditioning. 20 minute walk to a lovely beach. Close to the pretty town of Santanyi with great restaurants.
