Tranquillo, casa indipendente, lontano dal turismo di massa

La casa è arredata con gusto e confortevole, si trova sopra la baia di Cala Santanyi, (Son Moja), che è una delle più belle baie dell'isola. Una grande terrazza offre già il sole del mattino ed è perfetto per una piacevole colazione. Qui si ha il sole tutto il giorno - e, naturalmente, ombra - fino al tramonto. La spiaggia si trova a 10-15 minuti a piedi attraverso un bel bosco di pini. In auto è di circa 5 minuti. L'area interessante è l'ideale per passeggiate ed escursioni. Richieste saranno trattati nel più breve tempo possibile.


Dettagli: In questa zona c'è poco turismo. Lo shopping è disponibile presso il vicino Santanyi (2 km). C'è tutto il tuo cuore desidera. Un piccolo supermercato si trova sopra la baia di Cala Santanyi, questo è aperto solo nei mesi estivi.

Informazioni generali: Il campo da golf a 18 buche in Val d'Or Cala d'Or si trova a circa 12 km di distanza. Dive shop proprio sulla spiaggia di Cala Santanyi.
Le biciclette possono essere noleggiate sulla spiaggia presso l'hotel.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Unbefriedigend. Wir haben das Haus für 1 Monat gebucht und wollten es auch so lange nutzen .Auf Grund vieler Mängel war dies nicht möglich. Keine Heizmöglichkeit für uns, obwohl die Nächte unter 10 Grad kalt waren, kein W-Lan, dies wurde erst vor Ort klar, in der heutigen Zeit wäre diese Info wichtig .Wegen Stufen ( Duscheinstieg , Enge in den Bädern) keinesfalls barrierefrei. Diese Info wäre buchungsrelevant. Vollgestellter Kleiderschrank im kleinen Schlafzimmer (Bügelbrett, Staubsauger ua). Leben aus Koffer! Die Abstellmöglichkeiten in Bad sehr gering. Mangelhafte Küchenausstattung ( kein Stabmixer, Rührgerät,, Kartoffelstampfer ,Mörser, Wäschekorb etc .Trotz Nachfrage gab es keinen Wäscheständer .Komplett überdachte Terrasse, also keine Sonne, für den Sommer sicherlich schön, aber für Frühling und Herbst sicherlich nicht. Unbefriedigend war zudem, dass die " Verwalterin" weitestgehend nicht erreichbar war. Wegen all dieser Mängel sind wir eine Woche früher abgereist. Und dies, obwohl wir seit 31 Jahren verschiedene Ferienwohnungen/ Häuser auf der Insel besucht haben.

Objekt wie beschrieben, Betreuung vor Ort leider nicht optimal

Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal (Auto erforderlich). Mehrere Strände sind in kurzer Fahrzeit zu erreichen. Der Ort Santanyi liegt ca. 6 - 8 Autominuten entfährt (je nach dem wie schnell und wo man einen Parkplatz findet) und mehr als einen Besuch wert. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und angenehm. Leider war die Betreuung vor Ort mangelhaft. Die defekte Kaffeemaschine konnte während des 14tägigen Urlaubs von der Vermieterin nicht ausgetauscht werden. Bei Ankunft lagen für 14 Tage pro Person ein Duschhandtuch und ein kleines Handtuch bereit. Es wurde je ein zusätzliches Handtuch angekündigt. Diese kamen zu Beginn der zweiten Woche. Da uns dies absolut nicht ausreicht, haben wir selbst gewaschen, was wir natürlich so nicht geplant hatten.

Très bonne surprise dès notre arrivée,la maison est plus agréable que sur les photos. Emplacement idéal dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Ideal pour rayonner du plus beau côté de Majorque selon nous ! Si nous avons l'occasion nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Grande maison très propre avec belle terrasse

Une grande maison très propre, bien équipée avec une terrasse très belle. Il est assez compliqué de la trouver car l’adresse de l’itinéraire sur le site ne correspond pas à l’adresse réelle donnée par la propriétaire. Il est dommage que toutes les informations et recommandations dans la maison soient essentiellement en allemand (et il y en a beaucoup !!!) Propriétaire pouvant se montrer charmante au téléphone comme assez désagréable par messages. Nous avons entre autre été déçus qu’elle ne nous dise pas que les fusibles de la climatisation et du lave linge étaient baissés…nous avons dû chercher seuls la solution et pas de message d’excuses en retour …c’est dommage car sinon la maison était bien.,

Very nice property- quiet location

Well equipped property with everything we needed. Slight problem getting in as there are 2 number 18s on the street and it was hard to see at night. We spent a lot of time trying to get into the wrong one! Positives were great comms from the owner - very clean with everything we needed. Very quiet and an easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go. The beds were not particularly comfortable and it would benefit from some new mattresses. There was a slight issue also with the flies that live around the vegetation outside the house, which meant that we had to keep all the windows and doors closed most of the time to prevent us getting some nasty bites which we got throughout our stay. We had to use the same towels and sheets for the whole of the two weeks, and it would’ve been nice if they’ve been changed halfway through. However, overall, this is a very nice property and very good value for money and we would recommend it to anybody.

Bei Ankunft in der Siedlung war das Objekt schwer zu finden.Es gibt 2 Häuser mit der gleichen Nummer.Nach langem Suchen,das richtige Haus gefunden.Stressig.Gegenüber Baustelle mit Meisselbagger . Täglich 10 Stunden durchgehender Lärm.Aufenthalt am Haus war nur Abends möglich.Lage und Ausblick bescheiden.Kein wlan.Werde das Objekt nicht noch mal mieten.

Ferienhaus Son Moja

Sehr gemütliches und sauberes Ferienhaus. Sehr nette Vermieter. Das Haus liegt in einer ländlichen Gegend, wo sich am frühen Morgen gerne die Hähne unterhalten.:) Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert.

Ruhiger authentischer Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und war genau richtig für uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern. Wir haben 3 wunderbare Wochen in dem kleinen Ort verbracht. Die Aussendusche war eine sehr schöne Alternative zum Pool. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum! Vielen Dank an die Fam. Guschelbauer

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub in toller Umgebung

Das Haus ist original so, wie beschrieben. Es ist sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und hat eine tolle Terrasse mit Außendusche und einem gemauerten Grill. Viele Fenster haben Fliegengitter und es gibt sogar ein Moskitonetz für das Bett. Der Ort Son Moja ist sehr ruhig. Wenn wir nicht unterwegs waren, haben wir die Zeit auf der Terrasse verbracht und dabei die tollen Blumen genossen. Der Strand ist tatsächlich zu Fuß in ca 15 Min. erreichbar und mit dem Auto dauert's 5 Min. Die Lage (Santiniy/Son Moja) ist ideal um die gesamte Insel zu erkunden und besonders natürlich die tollen Buchten/Küste im Südosten der Insel. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat hervorragend funktioniert und die Informationen, die Fr. Guschelbauer gesammelt im Haus vorhält (Ordner mit Stränden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc.) war sehr hilfreich. Wir würden das Haus sehr gerne wieder anmieten bei unserem nächsten Besuch auf Mallorca.

Genau das Richtige in einer verrückten Zeit

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer super ruhigen Gegend und ist in 45 Min vom Flughafen erreichbar. Bis zum Strand in Cala Santanyi ist es ein Katzensprung mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung ist super gepflegt und TipTop Sauber. Die Räumlichkeiten sind groß genug um sich zu viert entspannt aufhalten zu können. Die Aussendusche ist ein geniale Einrichtung, so spart man sich den Sand im Haus. Die Klimaanlage ist im Sommer das wichtigste Schlafuntensil und erreicht auch die Schlafräume bei geöffneten Zimmertüren. Wir kommen wieder!

Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt, die Küche hatte alles, was man sich an Küchenzubehör wünscht. Im Wohnzimmer hätten wir uns gerne eine Leslampe und etwas gemütlichere Beleutung gewünscht. Gerne kommen wir noch einmal wieder.

Ruhig und schön

Sehr gerne haben wir unsere 10 Tage Mallorca in de Haus verbracht, nahe zum Strand, doch zum wohnen weit wg vom lauten Touristengetümmel, auch der Weg zum Strand ist hübsch durch das Pinienwäldchen. Sehr sauber ist das haus und die Aussendusche war perfekt. an das nächtliche Konzert der umliegend wohnenden Hähne mussten wir uns erst etwas gewöhnen, aber da sie nicht zu nahe krähen, konnten wir dann doch ganz gut schlafen. Eine sehr zu empfehlende Wohnstätte mit schöner Terasse, die wir ständig nutzten.

Tipp top - gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist völlig in Ordnung, das Haus großzügig mit Bad und Gäste-WC. Die Küche ist sehr ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und man ist mit dem Auto in 1 Minute am Strand, in 3. Minuten in Santanyi. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Schönes Ferienhaus auf Mallorca. Hatte alles was eine kleine Familie benötigt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin lief einwandfrei und war immer sehr nett. Einziger Nachteil war die Entfernung zum Strand, Läden und Bars. In dem Dorf gibt es leider nichts direktes. Mit dem Kinderwagen war man immer auf eine kurze Autofahrt angewiesen, da die Straße nach Cala Santanyi keinen Bürgersteig besitzt. ANsonsten sehr zu empfehlen!
