Can Yuca II - Bohemian Beach Villa in s'Amarador

Can Yuca is a beach house with a bohemian and chic style. It is a small haven of peace just a stone's throw from the beautiful beach of s'Amarador.
It is located in the heart of the Mondrago Natural Park, in the direct vicinity of the most beautiful beaches of the island, 5 km from the pretty village of Santanyi and 5 km from the small port of Cala Figuera.

The accommodation
The Can Yuca is a large beach house separated into two apartments. The Yuca 2 was completely renovated in 2022, it has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. It also has a private garden that you will not share with anyone and a beautiful shaded terrace to enjoy your meals. We hope you will feel at home here.

Traveller access
The garden is private and reserved for you. You have a table under a pergola on the first floor just in front of your kitchen to enjoy your meals.
(the rooftop is a private place, reserved for the other Yuca 1 apartment)

Other notes
Can Yuca is a 500 m walk from the wonderful beach of s'Amarador, then next to Mondrago beach and the famous cove Calo den Borgit.
Four bicycles are loaned, depending on availability, for you to walk around and discover the area.
In winter you have a fireplace and central heating, in summer you have air conditioning throughout the house.
Transfers to/from the airport are offered for 60€ each way, upon reservation.

❗️The Balearic tourism tax must be paid on site in cash. Please leave it in the kitchen before you leave. This corresponds to:
• 1 April to 31 October: 2.20€ per person over 16 years old / per night
• 1 November to 31 March: 1,10€ per person over 16 years old / per night ❗️
