Wer Ruhe und die Nähe zum Meer liebt, ein schönes Haus mag, wohnt hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist sehr gut mit allen Dingen ausgestattet. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr praktisch und es ist hell und freundlich mit den großen Fenstern zum Garten und dem etwas erhöhten kleinen Wintergarten, ein wirklicher Sonnenplatz. Große praktische Wohnküche mit all den wichtigen Dingen, die man für das tägliche Leben benötigt. Es ist reichlich Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden in guter Qualität. Die bequemen Betten und die absolute Ruhe in der Nacht, sowie die Dunkelheit, die einen gesunden Schlaf fördert, die Zeit in Henri s Haus ist pure Erholung. Der große Garten rund ums Haus gibt das Gefühl der Weite und Großzügigkeit.Wir kennen viele Ferienunterkünfte und werden dieses Haus mit zu den besten zählen. Gerne wohnen wir wieder einmal dort.Die Beschreibung stimmt vollkommen überein mit den Gegebenheiten.Danke Henri für die Möglichkeit eines wunderschönen Aufenthaltes.

Traumhaftes FerienhausZu Viert haben wir in dem außergewöhnlichen, wunderschönen Ferienhaus von Henri zwei tolle Ferienwochen verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an absolut nichts, alles ist in einem exzellenten Zustand (Betten, Küchenausstattung, usw.) und dazu war das Haus und das gesamte Anwesen sehr sauber und gepflegt.Die funktionsfähigen Fahrräder und das Kajak haben den Aufenthalt für uns noch zusätzlich aufgewertet.Die Kommunikation mit Henri war unkompliziert und äußerst angenehm und über die Gastgeschenke haben wir uns sehr gefreut!Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und danken Henri für seine Gastfreundschaft.

Superschön

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem sehr schönen Haus verbracht. Die bisherigen Bewertungen können wir vorbehaltlos unterstreichen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und wirklich perfekt ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden: Geschirr und Besteck in ausreichender Anzahl, Gewürze, Handtücher, Seife, Toilettenpapier, Reinigungsmittel etc. Bei sehr gutem Wetter konnten wir den großen geschlossenen Garten genießen, der nur 100m entfernte Strand wurde oft von uns besucht. Bei Flut hat gefahrloses Baden super Spaß gemacht. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Umgebung. Henri ist ein sehr angenehmer, zurückhaltender, aber immer ansprechbarer Vermieter. Check-in und out klappten reibungslos! Das Haus und der Gastgeber sind unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Idéale pour une parenthèse cocooning entre terre et mer.

A deux pas de la mer la maison est très accueillante lumineuse, bien pensée et agréablement décorée.Nous y avons passé une très bonne semaine en couple, partiellement en télé-travail. La proximité immédiate du bord de mer nous a permis de belles balades plusieurs fois par jour. Le bourg étant à 600 m de la maison, Il est également possible de se rendre à pieds à la boulangerie :-)Merci à Henri pour son accueil !

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Santec

Wir wurden äußerst freundlich von Henri begrüßt. Das Haus ist super-gut ausgestattet, das Grundstück ist schön groß, die Nähe zum Strand formidable. Durch seine unterschiedlichen Ebenen hat dieses Haus einen besonderen architektonischen Charme, die Einrichtung entsprach unserem Geschmack. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt und werden im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen.

Ruhe und Erholung garantiert

Es waren wunderschöne Tage/ Wochen im Haus - selbst bei schlechtem Wetter haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Einrichtung, Ausstattung, Lage - alles top. Henri hat das Haus sehr schön gestaltet und wir haben nichts vermisst, weder in der Küche noch im sonstigen Haushalt. Den sehr großzügigen Garten konnten wir nicht wirklich nutzen, er ist aber sicher in wärmeren und weniger windigen Zeiten wunderbar. Zusätzlich dazu genossen wir die Stille! Die Nähe zum Strand machte es leicht, immer mal wieder einen kurzen oder auch ausgiebigen Strandspaziergang einzulegen, was wegen der sehr unterschiedlichen Eindrücke bei Ebbe oder Flut immer ein Erlebnis war! Fazit: Gastgeber und Haus sind unbedingt zu empfehlen für einen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Gegend. Wohlfühlen und Erholen garantiert!

Very nice stay

We had a very good time in the house, which was fully in line with what has been advertised on the webportal. The host is very friendly, helpful and flexible. The house is well designed with a spacious garden in a calm neighborhood. It is close to lovely beaches and a good starting point to discover the Bretagne. We can recommend it without any reservations.

Parfait

Maison spacieuse et lumineuse, bien entrenue, avec un bel espace extérieur. Elle très bien située, à proximité de la plage du Prat, ce qui permet très rapidement de faire de belles balades. Sehr erholsam

Die Lage ist wunderbar, gerade mit Kindern, die dann einfach selbstständig zum Strand können. Es ist sehr leise, beim füssläufig zu erreichenden Bäcker gibt es Köstlichkeiten und so kann man wunderbar in der Tag starten. Es ist Seife, Spüli usw alles vorhanden, auch sehr angenehm. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen.

Utterly perfect house, peaceful location, wonderful fortnight

This house was so clean, so pristine, we often felt we were the first visitors ever to step through the door. Exactly as seen in the pictures, arguably nicer - bright, airy, everything one could need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The host was helpful in his welcome upon our arrival. The beds were very comfortable - our two teenage boys shared the split-level room which has a double bed above the two singles. Excellent showers, very well-equpped and clean (I'll keep emphasising this!) kitchen. The area was very peaceful, the tide goes out for miles offering wonderful beach walks. We cycled each morning, on some of the bikes provided, into the village to get bread and patisserie from the boulangerie (highly recommended) and there is also a pharmacy and small supermarket there, all less than a 10 minute stroll from the house. Thank you, Henri, for providing us with a jewel of a property for our relaxing family holiday. Oh, and by the way, we nicknamed your robot lawnmower "Mavis"...

Nos vacances dans le Finistère

Un très agréable séjour avec nos deux petits enfants. La maison est spacieuse très lumineuse et bien équipée. Sa situation nous a permis de visiter beaucoup de sites touristiques autour. Henri est un hôte très agréable.

Beautiful house, lovely area.

We had a great time here in Henri’s beautiful house. Everything was perfect, the house, the surrounding area and only about 100 metres from the beach! ( A very easy walk on the flat) The house was very well equipped, just exactly like being at home. All the equipment all over the house was of a high standard. Linens and towels were excellent quality. We enjoyed the BBQ and we had mostly good weather despite the time of year. The blinds in the house encouraged long sleeps. Very good for keeping light out! Great to have a bedroom downstairs if, like me, your walking isn’t too great!! In the basement there is a washing machine, a tumble dryer and freezer. Lots of quality outdoor seating and sun umbrellas. The garden is large and well kept. This house is really beautiful, we will return for sure. Henri was a good host, communication was very good at all times. We would be very happy to have stayed longer. Lots of beautiful beaches close to the house. St Pol de Leon with it’s many restaurants and shops close by. In the village there is a small shop, a bakery, a pharmacy and a small bar/ cafe. Morlaix is only about 20 minutes away and worth a visit. Henri left us some nice Breton goods to begin our holiday. We enjoyed that too! There is a large two man kayak and several bicycles. We didn’t use them but they were there, all in very good condition. There were life jackets as well. Book it, you won’t be sorry!

Gut ausgestattetes, geräumiges, helles Haus. Überdachte Garage für 2 Autos. Schuppen mit Fahrrädern und Boot. Bequeme Sitzecke, Großer Esstisch. Garten mit Gartenmöbeln. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und ruhig. Sehr freundlicher Empfang vom Vermieter.

Top Ferienhaus nahe am Meer

Wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen zweiwöchigen Urlaubsaufenthalt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ein fehlendes Backblech wurde uns auf Nachfrage sofort vorbei gebracht. Wir haben auch das zum Haus gehörende Kajak sowie die Fahrräder gerne genutzt. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und wir haben den Rasen für diverse Aktivitäten oft genutzt. Super waren auch der nur ein paar Schritte entfernte Stand und der nahe Supermarkt und Bäcker. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und grüssen hiermit Henri nochmal sehr herzlich!

Santec in July

This is a really nice and spacious property; full of light and a large private garden It was exactly what we hoped for. Peaceful and comfortable and within 50 yards of a lovely beach and close to many others. Roscoff and St Pol are very close with good markets Tuesday and Wednesday. Highly recommended

Absolutely perfect

Santec is a charming small village, offering the perfect spot for many day excursions. This property was spotlessly clean, fully equipped with anything you possibly could need during your stay and a short 100m from a wonderful, long beach! It honestly exceeded my expectations and the owner was very helpful and prompt in communication! Highly recommend this and I would come back in a heartbeat!

Was für ein schönes Haus!

"Ist das ein schönes Haus!“ – unser erster Gedanke, als Henri uns hineingebeten hatte. Und das ist es in der Tat: großzügig geschnitten, mehrere Ebenen, hell, mit Fenstern bis zum Boden und Durchblicken in den großen Garten, getrennte Schlafbereiche und eine gepflegte Einrichtung: Mobiliar, Betten, Wäsche, Accessoires – alles geschmackvoll zusammengestellt und wie neu. Eine komplett (!) ausgestattete Küche, die Lust macht zu kochen. Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck einheitlich und nicht das ausrangierte Sammelsurium, mit dem uns manch anderes Ferienhaus schon überrascht hat … Ein Haus, in dem wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben und das immer noch irgendwie in uns da ist. Ideal für zwei Paare wie wir oder für eine größere Familie – mit der Küste vor der Tür, den Kirchen und Calvaires im nahen Hinterland und obendrein einem liebenswürdigen Gastgeber. Merci de tout, cher Henri!

Une maison très agréable

À deux pas de la mer, la maison est très bien située, au calme. C’est une maison spacieuse où on se sent bien, le jardin clos est aussi très agréable. Un grand merci à Henri qui a été aux petits soins.
