“Interesting and nice hotel. I will return in the future.”

“I made this reservation because our flight out of San Diego was being cancelled. Within 2 hours I attempted to cancel this reservation because the Airline put us in a hotel. The Hotel said I had to go through Expedia, Expedia said I had to go through the hotel. Calling the hotel customer service was a terrible experience, you could not hear them and they had no clue or interest in helping me. I basically received an "oh well, sorry. We are keeping your money" . Expedia was also no help. ...

“Helpful staff in a very nice place. The rooms were absolutely huge, clean and tidy. Only stayed there for one night but the rates were great on Expedia. It's located in a swanky area of Ramona, California and I was pleased to see how easy check-in was and how helpful the staff was. Would certainly stay there again.”

“Great room with a view of the mountains. The pool is awesome with more beautiful views of the surrounding hills and mountains.”

“I didn’t receive make-up service for the room after the night. I hadn’t put any sign on the door but noted that most of the time the make-up service at that floor was running at late afternoon and this is not acceptable. I was in room 709 Marina Tower”

“The gentleman who checked us in was so nice and helpful with information on local spots to eat. Room is basic but clean. The bed was very comfortable . Great little spot”
