“Pros: great location and stunning bay views. Staff were polite. Noise from other guests was dealt with promptly. The coffee machine was handy.
Cons: the rooms desperately need updating. Half of the things in the room were broken. The hotel advertises a kitchenette but there’s absolutely nothing this would allow you to cook meals (no pots, cutlery, plates, etc), only a microwave. Room gets cleaned every 3 days.”

“I didn’t receive make-up service for the room after the night. I hadn’t put any sign on the door but noted that most of the time the make-up service at that floor was running at late afternoon and this is not acceptable.
I was in room 709 Marina Tower”
