The apartment address was not provided until approximately 7:00 PM, which already caused a significant delay. Additionally, the address we were initially sent to was for a completely different apartment than the one shown in the listing photos. That apartment was in unacceptable condition and made it impossible for us to sleep there.
After contacting her to report the issue, she eventually provided the correct address. The apartment we were then directed to was appropriate and matched the listing; however, by that time, we had already lost several hours due to her mistake.
When I later tried to calmly explain what had happened and requested a slightly later checkout—only one additional hour—as a courtesy due to the late and problematic check-in caused by her error, her response was very unprofessional
