The Space:
The Penthouse is LARGE. Two floors, 2 living rooms, 3 balconies, 4 Bedrooms, and over 5000+ square feet.
◈All of the bedrooms have AC and en-suite bathrooms.
◈One a few rental properties available in Santiago with air conditioning available in each bedroom.
◈ Upgraded internet connection that provides the fastest speeds in the area. Wi-Fi works in every room of the apartment with the doors open or closed.

◈The apartment is also set up with backup power.

The layout of the 4 bedrooms is as follows.

Master bedroom has the largest King size bed we could find, and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a shower room and a 2 person Jacuzzi. Includes AC, sun blocking blackout blinds, and a huge walk-in closet.

Of the other 3 bedrooms 2 have queen sized beds and the other bedroom has 2 full-sized beds. All the rooms have private en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, Mi Casa, Su Casa. Feel at home from the moment you step through the door as you enjoy unrestricted access to every corner of our expansive penthouse. The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located right off Autopista Duarte, which is one of the major highways in Santiago. If you will be driving most major attractions will be less than a 10 minute drive. The new autopista is about 4-5 minutes away which cuts down on the drivetime to Puerto Plata.
