dangerous electrics - we were getting shocks from the cooker and were told this was 'normal' but next day when we were leaving, a new cooker was being installed !
wifi was intermittent and rarely available - no apology or refund. We were lied to about everyone else being quite happy as other guests told us to not pay for it as it didn't work!
we were treated disrespectfully when trying to explain the difficulties we were experiencing
not a fully equipped kitchen - no microwave, washing-up liquid or coffee maker, minimal crockery and seal on fridge inefficient
cockroach in room - insects all over work surfaces
we requested the room be left (cleaners used too much spray and threw away some food) but this was ignored
we were moved to another apartment after first night - no help offered or explanation
no parasol on table outside, shower got cold, cold water in pool
when we tried to report problems - no-one there - no 24 hour reception as claimed - notices supposed to say where receptionist can be found are untrue
we were lied to about above - claimed they were in attendance and we were at fault for not reporting problems sooner!
no apology or any compensation offered for any of these services being dangerous, stressful, inefficient or absent.
Rooms were nice and spacious though - I like to finish on a plus!
